They completed a thorough inspection of my vehicle in addition to the concerns I reported, and they identified the problem right away. By the end of business day Tuesday, my car was ready and in proper working order. They were professional and courteous throughout the entire process, and that is refreshing to see in a business these days. I will be a return customer.

Charged me the $209 for the diagnostic, but didn’t diagnose anything- called to say they had no idea what the issue was or how to fix it. Told me only the dealership would know. I watched a few YouTubes and asked some questions to AI and got a better response. Was able to diagnose and fix the issue. $209 for them to tell me my tires could use a tire rotation.

We had already paid for an inspection and it was diagnosed as a bad control arm. They repaired it at a cost of $1057 and it did not fix the issue. They called me to tell me it did not fix the issue and would need another $200 to dive deeper into it to figure out what it was. Complete incompetence by both the company and mechanic! I understand you are only as good as your workers are but for them to ask for another $200 because they had no idea what they were doing to begin with is crazy! I would not recommend any service at this shop!
