  Mike and his team always do a great job. Ad Hatter has performed several custom exhaust installs over the years. Today, they helped me out in a bind on welding a part, simple, but no one else would have done it for me. Great guys to work with!

  Alex did an excellent job installing a Borla exhaust on my F150 LOBO. The whole process was smooth from start to finish — he was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to make sure everything was done right. The fitment looks clean, the exhaust sounds great, and you can tell he takes pride in his work. Highly recommend Alex if you’re looking for quality work and someone you can trust with your vehicle.

  First time getting a vehicle repaired at Mad Hatter Auto. It was a great experience! Vince was very accommodating and the pride in their work was evident in every aspect of the job. Love the full service check with pictures and videos of what they repaired and what needs to be considered in the future. Every employee I dealt with was pleasant and professional and made me feel welcome. I booked my appointment online and looked up the location from my phone - Siri sent me to the wrong location, they were so nice and helpful, even offered me a water for the drive to the other location. Great place - I highly recommend Mad Hatter Auto Repair!!

  From rusted out, to polished up 🖤 Mike and Alex at Mad Hatter brought my baby, my truck back to life. Whole new exhaust system installed and general maintenance that turned out amazing. They explained and documented the whole process very thoroughly and kept me up to date every chance they could. 10/10 experience. I’ll definitely be back for any other car needs that come along the way and I would recommend this business to others.

  Easily the best auto shop I’ve ever been to. The primary need for my car was a tricky wheel stud situation. I was hooked right away by the thoughtful first phone call, which happened to be with the director, Vince. Once I got there, Mike, this location’s manager, was my point guy. Options were explained to me thoroughly. There was no attempt to upsell. Everything flagged on the inspection checked out perfectly with some things I already knew and some things I had noticed symptoms of. Each aspect of customer service was everything someone could hope or expect - the phone communications, transportation, inspection, check-ins before moving forward. A couple of other workers of course handled some things, and as far as I experienced, they were nothing but competent and professional as well. This Mad Hatter location felt like an oasis in a world of sketchy and/or poor quality auto shops. For all the stress of life, quite a relief to be taken care of so well by the place fixing my most sentimental possession. I’ll be returning any time I’ve gotta bite the bullet and head to a shop.
