Retrain or retire; you cannot continue to treat female customers this way. The customer service poster on the wall lists "Courtesy" among its tenets.Treat all customers the same regardless of age or gender.

My estimate for a muffler was $2,900, not counting all of the other things they said that needed to be done such as a transmission fluid change, and oil change (which I had done the week before). I took the Jeep somewhere else and they said they could rebolt the muffler pipe back together, which House of Mufflers said couldn't be done due to rust, etc. (I saw the pipe while it was up on a lift. Little to no rest.) It's going to cost me a couple of hundred dollars. I would suggest anyone who goes here gets a second estimate.
