Excellent service and even pointed out dirty filters that needed to be changed also. I was referred by a customer and I would now highly recommend

Excellent customer service! When I was a little confused about some things they made sure to thoroughly explain to me what was going on. Made sure to check in with me every minute. Loved it and will be back!

I always recommend coming to this shop for car needs. BUT this time 10/10 recommendations. I was having a weird smell coming from my car and unfortunately a little furry creature found its way under my hood. The crew was the bomb getting it out and cleaning it, to help get them smell out of my car. Truly don’t know what I would have done without them and the tremendous service they provided. Never a doubt when it comes to customer service care!! Thank you Grease Monkey!!!!

They judge me due to some laundry, sitting in my car I had forewarn him that it might smell because of my disabled son had an accident. Then pulled me aside to embarrass me after I picked up my car about how it smelled. I feel discriminated against due to car breaking down at a bad time.

Everyone who worked there that day was very kind and speedy, but they were trying to push me out too fast and things were missed. The service checklist says my tire pressures were checked, they were not. It said my exterior windows were washed, they were not. It said my air filter and cabin filter were checked and they were not. My cabin filter is a 15 minute appointment we discussed scheduling at a later date and he said he would check my air filter at that time.
