  This was without question one of the smoothest car purchases I have made. From the minute I walked into the dealership to the minute I walked out with the keys in my hand everything was handled perfectly. I would recommend the Gorges’ team to anyone looking for a new or pre-owned Volvo.

  I brought my car in for recall on something to do with the rear camera and in about an hour and 20 minutes it was finished. I waited in their nice waiting room and since I was there anyway I asked to have new windshield wiper blades put on and they did such an amazing job and for a good price ! He got me in and out left my car cleaner than they found it, which is remarkable. I love ithey Washed the carand a quick vacuum and Kevin was very pleasant to deal with.   Dustin the salesman was great to work with and he was very knowledgeable about the vehicle we purchased. Also the technician that worked with us explained all of the operations of the car. Wonderful job guys.

  I was keen to buy my fourth used Volvo from a Volvo dealer because my experience where I live Has always good. I contacted Michael P, and Joel when I found one online. Though I live two states away, within an hour Michael and Joel found a way to get the car to me at a price I’m happy with it. Even after I had agreed to buy the car, they went through it servicing several items like they just gotten it. The car looks fantastic and it was a Very good experience. Thanks guys.

  The service department is beyond exceptional! I was out of town and my car needed immediate attention. I drove to Gorges Volvo and was greeted by Josh. His customer service was beyond 5 stars! They found the problem almost instantly and had me back & running with in the hour. The mechanics did such a quick thorough job, and all with great attitudes and kindness from the dealership! This is the 3rd Volvo dealership I have dealt with over the course of 11 years of Volvo ownership and WOW! Superior! Thank you Gorges Volvo!!
