Brian was exceptional to work with. He spent hours showing us all the amazing features on the Volvo XC90 Ultimate that we purchased and made sure everything was perfect and we knew all the extras and how to use them before we left. He even called and made an appointment for me at another place because they couldn’t do the oil change on my husband’s truck. I’ve never had such a knowledgeable, friendly and helpful sales person in my life. Would highly recommend working with Brian and Gorges Volvo.

I was quite pleased with the team at Gorges. Will was my sales guy who gave his all even outside his shift. Joel in finance kept everything going moving and stress free through the process. Very accomodating. I would purchase here again.

I highly recommend Brian. He was very knowledgeable and made this the best car buying experience I’ve had. He was great to work and he made sure we had all of the information about the features and our car. We are thrilled with our purchase and our experience with Brian.

EXCEPTIONAL service from Josh. I had an urgent situation that came up with my XC90 and he got on the ball and quickly got me in and took care of the issue and now it's running beautifully. Josh is definitely the star of the service area at Gorges Volvo. He really should be the guy in charge of the whole service operation there. By far he handles situations better than anyone there and has the best customer service skills!!! If you have an issue with your Volvo, definitely talk to Josh.

I had an absolutely outstanding experience purchasing my 2026 Volvo XC40 from Gorges Volvo. From start to finish, the entire process was smooth, professional, and enjoyable. A special thank you to Gunnar, who was phenomenal throughout the entire experience. He was incredibly flexible, worked around my busy schedule, and made sure the entire process was convenient and stress-free. His communication was excellent, and he truly went above and beyond to accommodate my needs. It's clear that Gunnar genuinely cares about his customers and wants them to have a great experience. The vehicle itself has been nothing short of amazing. My 2026 Volvo XC40 has exceeded all of my expectations and has been perfect from day one. It’s comfortable, stylish, packed with great features, and an absolute pleasure to drive. Every day, I become more confident that I made the right decision choosing Volvo. What impressed me most about Gorges Volvo was how easy and enjoyable they made the entire buying process. There was never any pressure—just friendly, knowledgeable service and a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction. The team made me feel valued and ensured everything was ready when it was time for me to pick up my vehicle. I am beyond happy that I chose Volvo and even happier that I purchased my vehicle through Gorges Volvo. If you're in the market for a new vehicle, I highly recommend working with Gunnar and the entire Gorges Volvo team. They delivered a first-class experience, and I couldn't be more thankful.
