  Fantastic customer experience! The Gorges Volvo Service Department always provides thorough, clear communication and consistently goes above and beyond. I'm not sure how they did it, but my XC60 looks even better than the day I bought it—it's absolutely shining! Thank you for the outstanding service and attention to detail. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  I had an excellent car-buying experience. The salesperson was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and thorough throughout the entire process. Every question was answered in detail, making the experience smooth and stress-free. What I appreciated most was the genuine effort to negotiate a fair and reasonable price on my behalf. Despite the current inventory shortage, the salesperson went above and beyond to locate the exact vehicle I was looking for and worked hard to secure it at a competitive price.   Working with the team at Volvo was amazing. Made the new leasing process very smooth. I especially would like to call out Gunnar. He was very easy to work with and quick to reply with answers to my questions. I am new to hybrid models and he explained Volvos system very well. His follow up was polite and he used text, which was my preferred method of contact. Gunnar was also patient with me on deciding on model, color - I never felt overly pressured at all. Colby did a great job at pick up walking through all of the features and making sure we understood every aspect of the vehicle. Would definitely recommend Funnar and the whole team at Gorges.

  Just bought an XC60 Hybrid from Gorges Volvo and had a great experience working with Will Hansen. He was knowledgeable about the different Volvo models, answered all my questions without any pressure, and made the whole process smooth from test drive to paperwork. He took the time to walk me through the car's features before I drove off the lot, which I really appreciated. Even after the purchase he is still helping me with questions! If you're shopping for a Volvo, I'd definitely recommend asking for Will. Thanks again for the great service!

  Excellent experience from start to finish. Gunnar absolutely knows every detail of each model and trim. You would expect your sales advisor to know each aspect of their product, however, this uncommon. Kudos, Gunnar. Gunnar went out of his way to ensure every request was met and followed through and timely. Lastly, Joel with finance as incredibly quick and efficient in completing the required documentation. None of our time was wasted with junk pitches. Thanks, team!
