Would rate it zero if I could. I had a reservation made for today 9-17-26 at 2pm. Was not called until 1045am to tell me that they would not have my reservation available until 3 and a half hours after my scheduled time. Was also told they literally had zero other options available to pick from. Come to find out that calling every other enterprise plus multiple different companies, that every single place is rented out. Only option I was left with was to go to a uhaul and pay mileage. By far the worst ever experience from an enterprise I've had.

We had Enterprise pick us up from B Street Collision after dropping off our car. It was me, my husband, and our son in the vehicle. On the way back, the car completely reeked of marijuana. It was so strong that it was obvious someone had recently smoked in the vehicle. We were extremely uncomfortable, scared, and honestly felt completely unsafe riding in the car with our son. This is absolutely unacceptable, especially when you’re trusting a company to safely transport your family. This experience was very upsetting and we will never use Enterprise in the future.

The car gave no issues, great gas mileage and the pickup and return was too easy, thanks for making it an easy process! Means the world to all of us! The staff was amazing and answered all questions.
