  We had Enterprise pick us up from B Street Collision after dropping off our car. It was me, my husband, and our son in the vehicle. On the way back, the car completely reeked of marijuana. It was so strong that it was obvious someone had recently smoked in the vehicle. We were extremely uncomfortable, scared, and honestly felt completely unsafe riding in the car with our son. This is absolutely unacceptable, especially when you’re trusting a company to safely transport your family. This experience was very upsetting and we will never use Enterprise in the future.

  The car gave no issues, great gas mileage and the pickup and return was too easy, thanks for making it an easy process! Means the world to all of us! The staff was amazing and answered all questions.

  This is the best team in the country at 90th street in Omaha. From Management all the way down it is first class!

  I’ve always just given my insurance carrier’s name, and that has always been enough. However, on July 17, when I went to pick up my rental, Nate told me I had to provide my policy number. Once he realized I wasn’t giving him my policy number, he went and got the rental keys. He then came outside and asked me if I was using a debit card or a Chime credit card, which was absolutely ridiculous because my American Express credit card was already on file. It was clear he was trying to be funny, and I found it very inappropriate. After I emailed management about my experience, a manager named Breezy called me and explained that Nate was a trainee, but it felt like he was simply making excuses for what he said. I will never go back to the Enterprise on 90th if that’s how they treat their customers.

  I rented a car in March from this branch and drove it to a different state. I had the vehicle for under 24 hours. When I returned the vehicle the enterprise agent noticed damage on the roof near the corners of the sunroof. He filed a claim as he could not rent out a damaged vehicle. Two days later I get a call from this branch they say “hey the damage was already on the vehicle we had not fixed it because this is a common problem in this model you can look it up online. We will get it updated on our end you aren’t responsible for it and you’re all good to go” now two months later I get a bill in the mail for $1500 and the branch won’t give me any answers they suddenly have a new manager and new staff that knows nothing about this. The area manager won’t contact me the manager says he will contact me and suddenly is out of office for almost the entire week. They contact my insurance but not me. They tell me to contact the damage recovery and I contact them and they tell me to contact the branch. This branch has been horrible to work with. They keep saying they are trying to get answers but it’s been weeks and the only time I hear from them is when I call. The calls are recorded through enterprise and no one will go back and listen to the branch say that it was not my fault. I did not damage the vehicle yet I am getting hit with a bill and getting the run around from this branch. UPDATE: after calling throughout the end of the week I finally got told the area manager would call me Monday. After being told the manager would call me back and never did. It’s now Tuesday and I never heard from the area manager. Everyone I’m dealing with has no professionalism and no care to the situation. I am trying to get it taken care of while being pushed on the back burner and they are hoping I just leave it and pay it.
