- KMkiesha motenAug 20, 20261.0I was overcharged for my rental by 1 day. I returned the car 5 hours before it was set to be returned, before they opened at 7:30am. I told Julian and the girl that details the car I probably will return it before the turn in time and it wasn't notated at all. So when I looked at my statement they charged me 1 extra day stating the keys were not in the drop box and they checked them twice a day. Apparently someone didn't do their job that day and check so they charged me 1 extra day. After having a conversation with Julian that apparently needed proof I dropped it off beforehand because It seems like I was lying for some reason. Keep in mind I rent from here often so why would I lie. So I actually took a picture of another vehicle that day next to where I parked so the time stamp was there to prove it. Fast forward he wanted me to send him the picture to prove it to accounting. We are 2 weeks later 2 calls later and I still have no refund and Julian says he will follow-up with someone else other than accounting and give me a call later. Not sure at this point if I should report it as fraud due to the poor diligence of this location. I'm definitely disappointed after all this time renting with them that I received this terrible customer service. Also note I was told to email him every time I return a car when they are closed so they know it was returned. Does every other customer do this?
