- AGAimee GublerOct 8, 20262.0Their rentals cost more than nearby competitors. The parking lot is tiny and packed making it very difficult to get into and out of. It's an accident waiting to happen. It's off a very busy and loud corner so it's hard to hear the employees. The minivan we were given was dirty, with high miles and the gas empty. We won't be back.

Got a great vehicle and was able to drop it off directly at the auto body shop when I was finished with it. Couldn't have made it any easier for me. Employees I dealt with were all polite, friendly and professional.
- TTTriLLiCiTSep 19, 20261.00 stars if possible. Had a reservation. This would be the 12th time I've rented from Enterprise (not this location) but have an account with them. Take an Uber to get the car. Go to pay with my major bank debit card which is also tied to my line of credit with my bank but the employee refused to rent me the car due to my card saying DEBIT and not CREDIT. Even though my card is tied to my line of credit with my bank along with my checking and savings account. Have already contacted enterprise corporate over this this experience. I have rented cars from Enterprise before using the same card and it was never an issue before. Be wary of this location.

When I got to this place they said they didn't have a truck for me. They had a suburban or a car. That won't work for hauling five trees. They said someone called me ahead of time to let me know. I had no voicemail. And was probably working. Thank you for causing a mess!
