  My experience was not great at all. Didn’t get any priority from the workers. There was all these hidden fees that made it out of my price range and was 10+ pages long of the hidden fees instead of just total cost. Please be more transparent with the costs and just be better

  Absolutely horrible. Horrible experience. They do a horrible job disclosing all fees. $300 minimum security deposit that was never mentioned. Just be transparent so people can plan accordingly, hiding all of these fees and deposits is ridiculous and puts people in tough spots if they weren’t prepared for that. I went through the whole check in process online to save time and not once did it mention a $300 deposit. It’s completely unprofessional and disgusting, and the workers are rude and unhelpful.

  Best to do everything online. Going in to a local store wasn't helpful. We booked, reserved, and picked up seamless all online.

  Reserved a car for a trip for my wife and four kids. Got denied at the desk at the airport due to having itinerary but not the credit card used (I used it online to book). Wouldn’t take a debit card. One of the assistants also whispered to another desk attendant “not to help those people”. Do better!
