  Hands down the easiest car rental experience I have ever had. We checked in online, found booth in parking garage. No line, no wait. An employee helped us before we even made it to the pick up booth. We chose from three different car options, and we were on our way in less than 5 minutes with a simple ID scan at exit.

  Con artists. Got crashed into by someone driving an Enterprise car. The police, my insurance, and their insurance all claimed no fault due to lack of evidence. Then a couple months later Enterprise sends me a bill for $5000 because "their investigation" determined I was at fault. My insurance told me they always do that to try to scam you out of a few grand. Never do business with this place.

  Very bad customer service. They cancelled us last minute and asked us to come back next morning and again they told us the the van is no available. Why they confirm the reservation if they don’t have availability… they lied. They are a Lier… they messed up our family trip. If they don’t have a van they couldn’t have told us earlier so we can book from other place. Such a bad experience so I wanna make sure if anyone wants to rent a vehicle form this airport any of the agencies.. enterprise national ect they all are bad. Because can’t keep the promise.
