  It’s not very often that I feel compelled to write a positive review about a rental car company but man, these guys were awesome! Extremely friendly and quick service when picking up the car after flying into Omaha. Same thing when I returned the car - the employee even took my bag out of the trunk! I was shocked at the fantastic customer service. Thank you and bravo!

  Why is this particular Enterprise location so hard to get a hold of. When I picked up my car there was hardly anyone there. I don’t understand why I always get the voicemail. I have a vehicle issue too which is sort of an emergency. I even called corporate and they specifically told me I have to contact the location where I picked up the vehicle to remedy my situation. Update… I’ve been calling every 13 minutes and still can’t get a rep. Your response is not convenient for me and is not focused on the customer first. All your promises from the recordings that I’ve been listening to does not reflect your services towards me as your customer. I’m very dissatisfied with the service I’m provided, and in the end I’m just given a website to inquire about the unsafe vehicle that I’ve rented just to remedy the predicament that I’m in. I rented a car from your company to have peace of mind with no worries for me to take care of the things that I needs to be taken care of. Also looks like that’s your response for most of the reviews that were posted. Very bad look for Enterprise, you’ve lost a valuable customer and will lose more in the future. Not worth it to lose a customer of a few hundred dollars, think about it before you respond. Updated photo attached. ***I also want to request that you provide me with a contact to someone who can truly help me and not route me through all these departments for a disconnect as the end result

  Wanted to give a shoutout to Alyssa she Is extremely kind and helpful! I was overwhelmed from a bunch of flight delays and had my two kids and she made the process seamless and I am so thankful!
