  I'd been chatting with Abby G. for about two weeks before we actually met in person. I filled out some online forms on the Enterprise page after I was in a car accident, not really sure if my Ford Explorer would be totaled or not. Abby messaged me first, and we eventually spoke on the phone when we realized my insurance was taking longer than anticipated. I really appreciated her being communicative yet not pushy. There's a delicate balance in sales, and I have no issue establishing a boundary. Abby was direct, professional and trusted me to guide my experience. She still put a ton of effort into my buying experience. For example, I was in Des Moines for the weekend and the Omaha team organized an opportunity for me to test cars at the Urbandale location. Their willingness to go above and beyond standard customer service is unmatched! (Anthony R. At that location addressed my situation with sincere care and professionalism. It's uncommon to encounter a salesperson who will genuinely invest effort without any potential personal benefit.) I was interested in a VW Tiguan, but all the available vehicles nearby had exceeded 50k miles. They conducted a search and located one in a fleet in New York that had approximately 40k miles, and they offered to arrange its transfer. It was the perfect fit for me and I jumped at the opportunity. My bank came back with an interest rate above 7%. I asked Abby and her manager if they could find anything lower. Enterprise has multiple banks they finance with and managed to find a rate 2.30% lower, with a local credit union! My overall experience with Abby was exceptionally positive. If you're looking for consistent, direct communication, complete dedication, and someone who will advocate to secure what you desire, she is the ideal person for the role! I'm incredibly grateful and delighted with my new car!

  It is never easy shopping for a car, especially when you need one quick- BUT after trying out various locations, we stumbled onto the Enterprise Car Lot, and really glad we did. Abigail was very helpful and easy to work with. We left with a car we liked. If you are looking for a car, consider Enterprise.
