- ADA DDec 27, 20191.0Worst car rental experience ever, agent was rude, called customer service and they were equally rude and disrespectful stating, "you don't have to rent from us. Location was a dump, unpaved lot. They clearly don't care about your business.

They didn't notify me either, didn't call or email me and just billed my credit card. I had to file fraud report because they made no communication and charged my card without my authorization. These people just eff you out of your money.
