  I made a reservation over a month in advance of my pickup and I called the morning of my pickup to check when it would be okay for me to swing by and they told me that my reservation had been cancelled and that they were waiting for me to call to tell me as they didn't have my information to contact me. They forwarded me to the regional manager who proceeded to tell me that he was planning on calling me later today (as if that would be appropriate the day of) and told me how the person never dropped off the truck and trailer I was waiting on. He told me to book with a competitor and they would help to offset some of the cost. After spending all day on the phone and driving around town I managed to get set up with a U-Haul and trailer. When I called back Budget to request the stipend they said they can only reimburse up to $250 of the difference between the UHaul reservation. Will never book with Budget again. UHaul people were very nice and even gave me discounts as apologies for making me drive a longer distance to get the trailer.

  My rental was mostly positive. The office process was efficient and friendly. The car, a Kona, was mostly satisfactory. One negative was that at times it smelled of cigarette smoke. That was offensive to me. I don't know if that was caused by a previous renter or by company staff. In either case, the situation should have been addressed early on. The other negative was the limited selection of vehicles - only two; and the other vehicle was not appropriate for my use.

  Very unprofessional so called manger! I have rented at this location for years using the same card than this manager, Well, she called herself A Manager and said that my card wasn’t allowed although I rented a car 1 week prior with that card. Then this manager said that the lady that accepted my card will be fired and laughed about it and that’s sad cause she don’t deserve to loose her job over something that can be done cause I have done it many times. this manager should train better and have better training to be a manager and have better customer service. There many other rentals don’t use budget

  So I rented a car here not even a day later the entire tire blew while on the interstate almost killed me and my child. No fault of my own because I did not run over anything and I wasn't speeding not only. Did they not send anybody to assist me I had to change my tire into a spare on the side of a busy interstate after almost being killed and to add insult injury they charged me $1000 almost for a tire that was never fit to drive in the first place obviously because again I never ran over anything and I didn't do anything wrong Before you rent here check your tires thoroughly or just reconsider using this location altogether because the experience was terrible. The customer service was not there. They did absolutely no investigation and there's no appeal process. They don't even present proof that you caused it. It's crazy.

  Great place to rent a car. Very good rates and I had a nice vehicle while my car was in the shop for over a week. They will rent with only a debit card too, which most places won't. Would definitely rent from here again!
