I have used and loved Budget for years. Recently I had a really back experience with the La Guardia Budget. They charged me $250 to clean a car that I didn’t soil. Don’t use the La Guardia Budget. Every time it is a s..t show. But the Omaha airport Budget was fabulous. I loved the helpful attitude and so much more.

I’ve spent nearly 5 hours on the phone trying to get in touch with somebody at this location to help me resolve a billing issue where I was charged nearly $200 for gasoline after returning my vehicle with a full tank of gas. It has been almost impossible to connect with someone who will call me back and help me resolve this billing issue. Really difficult experience so far. Happy to modify this review when I actually get a solution to the issue.

Gotta agree with another reviewer, Emma is terrible to deal with. Huge chip on her shoulder, on a mission to be as hostile and unhelpful as she can get away with. Sad way for a person to live, and a nuisance for everyone else to deal with.

My needs where not taken into consideration & the trip cost me twice as much as it should have. The truck didnt have enough gas/DIF to complete my 5 day trip. The DIF which did not know or told about was not full & could not complete my trip. I had to put more DIF in before the truck would stop working
