    Poor service paid for rental in advance but when i got to the airport the rude customer service rep told me they were out of cars

    Both people i interacted with were super nice and helpful. Car was nice and clean. The only struggle was actually getting to their check in spot. But that's not on Budget. Definitely will use them again!

    Our car was not vacuumed out or dusted or wiped clean. The outside was dirty and not washed. Apparently this is now a car rental standard. My brother in-law rented from another competitor and it was worse then my car from budget…
