  They were rude and they tried to tell me a noisy Dodge charger was the same as a Cadillac that I reserved. They told me they don’t even have Cadillac and then I wondered why do you show one on your website. I would never go there again nor trust them

  Have personally used this site no less than 4 times and 3/4 times it was a bust. Made a reservation for a midsized SUV each time and only once got one. Will try to convince you vehicles for a lower class meet the qualifications of the reservation. Very clearly a bate and switch operation. Just know that if you reserve something you won’t get it. Tried to put me in a truck, economy SUV and a minivan and had the nerve to offer an “upgrade” to a midsized sedan. Complete joke and to top it off rude.

  I had a bad experience! Today I have received a note where they are charging me a damage, after 18 days I returned the vehicle! I picked up the vehicle and the girl at the counter just told me the car is there and the day of return you just drop the car in one of the spaces that say Budget and put the key there, and I just did it as planned. Nobody was there to give the vehicle and to receive it. Now they come to say "pay for the damage".

  My recent experience with Budget Rent A Car was extremely disappointing. I made a reservation with an estimated total of $76.92 and was never informed of any significant additional fees. After returning the vehicle, I was shocked to receive a bill totaling $736.44, including a $526.50 drop charge that was not disclosed in my reservation confirmation. I understand that one-way rentals can have fees, but customers deserve transparency before agreeing to a rental. Had I been informed of a charge of this magnitude, I would have made a different decision. I have asked Budget to provide documentation showing when and how this fee was disclosed and accepted. Until then, I cannot recommend Budget based on my experience. #BudgetRentACar #CustomerService #ConsumerRights #Travel
