  Brakes Plus in Gretna is awesome! Such nice and helpful people! Their employees are all very knowledgeable and happy to explain the issue clearly. The first time I came in, I found out my tire was about to fall off because the dealership did not properly tighten it. The kind people at Brakes Plus in Gretna not only explained the issue, but they showed me what happened on my car, provided good advice for moving forward, and fixed it at no charge. They were so kind and generous, and I am forever grateful! I have come here twice now and both times they have been able to quickly fit me into the schedule and get me back on the road! Thank you, Brakes Plus Gretna! I’ll come back to see you again!!

  I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was too serious to ignore. I spent approximately $4,500 on repairs at Brakes Plus. After only one week, the truck started making a grinding noise, so I brought it back. I was told the grinding was “normal” and that there was nothing to worry about. One week later, the repair failed. The truck became unsafe to drive, so I had it inspected by another mechanic. I was told the work had been performed incorrectly and that it had caused additional damage. When I contacted Brakes Plus, they acknowledged there was an issue but only offered a small credit unless I brought the truck back to the same shop. After being told the grinding was normal the first time, I had completely lost confidence in their ability to safely repair the vehicle. I wasn’t willing to risk my son’s safety by taking it back. I ended up paying another shop to fix the problems correctly. A warranty only has value if you still trust the people standing behind it. Unfortunately, that trust was gone after this experience. I expected Brakes Plus to stand behind their work and make things right. Instead, I was left paying thousands of dollars for repairs that failed almost immediately. I cannot recommend this location based on my experience.

  Fantastic service, the tech did great work and explained things really well, but I unfortunately didnt get his name. Mark who checked me in was also Fantastic. Looking like I'll definitely be back for future service as needed even though this location is well out of my way. came back another day for an oil change, ended up finding out I needed brakes as well, really appreciate them taking the time to check those and walk me through a couple different options and getting me taken care of once again. Seriously can't say enough good things about this shop

  Mark helped diagnose the ticking issue in my Durango and quickly identified that the driveshaft needed to be replaced. He was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and took the time to explain everything clearly. I highly recommend the Gretna location and would absolutely trust Mark with my vehicle again. He is honest, transparent, and genuinely puts his customers first. Excellent service from start to finish.
