  Made an appointment for 2pm to check the brakes, dropped the car off and handed the tech the keys. Tried to call at 4pm as I hadn’t gotten a quote yet, sat on hold for 30 minutes while I got a ride back to see what was going on. Got told that my keys got put “in the wrong box” so no one had started on my car. Was informed the best they could do was have me bring the car back on Monday, they had to finish the cars that they started after I dropped mine off and there was no time for mine. I guess the lesson is that even making a reservation and physically handing an employee the keys doesn’t mean they’ll actually do any work on your car. Good luck calling them to check on the status.

  Fantastic service, the tech did great work and explained things really well, but I unfortunately didnt get his name. Mark who checked me in was also Fantastic. Looking like I'll definitely be back for future service as needed even though this location is well out of my way.

  I originally wanted to give them a good rating but, when I got there they were super friendly and the atmosphere seemed positive I sat and waited a good 30 minutes no big deal, then when they got the quote they told me it would be smart to replace all your breaks, rotors and calibers. Which makes no sense since calibers are supposed to last a lifetime. They quoted me 1.6k then told me that only that back breaks are needed and quoted me 1k then I talked them down eventually they said they could do it for 800$, they said that it would be a safety hazard to drive it home, Which was a lie. I called up a real machanic he quoted me 480$ and told me the front has 20k miles left in the breaks, I will not be coming back they seem to target people that look younger to get more money.
