Super helpful and honest, brought it in to get brakes because dealership said I need new ones. They double checked and were honest that I actually did not and explained what I needed. Great price.

Our battery went dead in the pharmacy drive thru & after a jump start we headed to Brakes Plus. Chris was able to install a new battery and check the electrical system while we waited. They provided excellent service at a reasonable price.

The team was very professional and very informative. Chris was very flexible to fit me in during a busy day. They also have military discount which is super helpful as well.

THEY TOTALED MY VEHICLE!!!! I went for a simple AC recharge in March. Come August 30th, the last day they serviced it I still didn't have any AC and my entire car broke on my way home from the shop. It was making a terrible noise and smoking. Btw, I just purchased this car six months ago and it was THOUROUGHLY inspected. It was in perfect condition! This place can't even stick to their pricing. Price goes from $147 to $168.80 to $487 like huh? They also overfilled my oil- how do you screw up on an oil change?? I had to give up my dream job across the country because I now had no way to get there. Not to mention Cohen showed up at my JOB to hit on me or something... dont wear your work clothes to your appointment i guess but even more important DONOT GO HERE. Especially us young women. They don't want our money. Walk everywhere. Just walk.

So thankful for the crew at this location! Forest will always be my go to guy when it comes to my cars services. He works efficiently and is very knowledgeable, he even got it complete quicker than I originally anticipated. Cohen was extremely professional and ensured I was walked through the process and informed on why my car needed specific services. He searched for 2 different special order parts to give me the best options in pricing and reliability. Garret was very helpful in the appointment making and payment process and explained why it was important to split my payments when ordering a special order part. I had to get my fuel pump replaced and they all made the entire experience way less stressful for an anxious person like myself. My car is driving like a dream compared to how it was acting the last few weeks. I couldn’t be more grateful at the moment!
