This review is long overdue. I took my 2007 Saturn Vue to this location this last Spring, as it was having issues that weren't being resolved at another BP location. James was the first one to greet me (with a smile, nevertheless). He got my car right in for an inspection. They replaced shocks and struts, etc that had, just been replaced. I had my Vue back there two more times not long after that. Not because they weren't trying to fix the initial problems (which were covered by the warranty), but because that Vue was on its last legs. At any rate, GM, John C., explained what was happening with two of the cylinders and how that was affecting the performance of my car. He explained it perfectly. He didn't sugarcoat things, but told me what to expect. I also felt with Jim who does a great job of communicating what's going on! I believe it was Cameron who actually performed much of the work on my car - thank you! These men are an anomaly to what many people experience at other repair shops. Be kind, be honest, and we'll keep coming back to you! Thanks, guys!

I was in a bind and they managed to squeezed me in on a Saturday when their books were already full and got me on the road as fast as they could. Thank you for the amazing service!

I warn anyone from going there, and if you do get your quote on paper before agreeing to do the repairs. I went there today for brake service and the guy I was working with said that the repairs will be $400. The guy that quoted the work left before the car was done, and next guy said that my bill is $575. I explained to him and told him that this is different from my quote and he refused to do anything. I asked him to call the other guy and he refused. I ended up paying $475, because I had to tell him that I have lifetime warranty on the pads, and his response was oh sorry I haven’t worked on this ticket. If you have not worked on the ticket, and obviously there was no communication between the 2 guys working with me, you should have called the guy that left to ensure you are not causing any inconvenience to your customers, but of course they do not know anything about customer service. I also had my brake pads replaced there a couple of years ago and I paid for premium brakes then, today they told me that the brakes they put me on the vehicle last time were very trash and far from premium and looks like they were very cheap. I was planning to take my wife’s and daughter’s vehicle there when we need service, but with the price they gave me, it’s not much different from BMW or Lexus, so I’d rather take it to the dealer in the future. To charge me this much for a Lexus (Japanese car with cheap parts), and we pay $700 for the BMW (German car with expensive parts) at the dealer, I don’t recommend them at all for any service, unless you want to be ripped off.

I came in here for an oil change. Just an oil change. I left for an hour, there was one other car in the stall, lots of appointments open. I came back, they decided that apparently that was the time to start my oil change. On my notes, I said "Just the oil change, nothing more." Instead, what they did was quote me a $1200 brake job (lol), offer me financing, and rotate my tires - none of which I asked for. I don't understand why this job took them 25 minutes but they couldn't get to it when my appointment actually was.
I'm never coming back here.

My brakes were grinding on my Ford F150. I took the truck into my dealership to get a recall fixed and my brakes looked at. I was quoted $1700 for front and back brakes and rotors. That seemed high. I called Brakes Plus for a quote over the phone. With in 5 minutes I knew their price was $700 cheaper. In 1.5 hrs I picked up my truck from dealership and handed it off to Brakes Plus at 185th and Center. I added an oil change that I got half off on. The guys stayed past closing to get my truck finished for me. Great service and very friendly. I'll be back.
