  I had a scheduled appointment for my back brakes and that service has taken over 24 hours to be completed where I had to leave my vehicle overnight which I was not expecting for a routine scheduled appointment. Then an unwarranted inspection was done totaling thousands of dollars. Do NOT come here if you want your brakes done in a timely efficient manner. Be prepared to go without a car for 24 hours just for your brakes. Also be prepared to have multiple up-sale calls about what else is wrong with your vehicle. Idk how this place has 4 stars????

  I've been coming here for years. The staff changes from year to year, but I'm still coming back year after year. There are mishaps with all things and I was very happy that Cody was there to help me out when some brakes may have not been installed properly. I wasn't given a hard time, I didn't have to ask for them to make things right, I was made whole because that was just the right thing to do. I'll keep coming back.

  Very disappointed with Brakes Plus. They wasted my time, kept giving me delays, and still failed to fix my car. Poor communication, poor service, and no real solution to the problem. I expected professional service but left frustrated with the same issue. I would not recommend this location.
