- RMRosa Morales1 day ago5.0Michelle was awesome! She explained everything very well when I was inquiring about the difference between the service tiers, and had no problem answering any questions I had. She was also pleasant to talk to, helping the time go by as I waited for my oil change to finish, and even had quotes ready for me that I had requested by the end of the oil change. I will definitely be coming back! Service and customer service were both top notch.
- LNLisa Nielsen3 days ago5.0William provided me details and a great explanation of what needed to be serviced on my brakes and fluid
- PCParker CrismanOct 6, 20265.0This is my second time coming to brakes plus on pacific street. Both times have had exceptional service. I don’t write reviews, but it’s due to this store for how well they took care of me and my truck. I have a 25 year old truck as of this year, that being said it has a couple of issues. They worked with me to figure out my budget and what was needed to keep me on the road. Thank you to the team!
- LRLindzey RehbergSep 30, 20265.0Michelle was a doll! I got my front break pads and oil changed and she was very transparent about what needed to be done to my vehicle will definitely be back! 🫶
- AHAndrew HaysSep 18, 20261.0zero star isn’t even enough to explain how terrible this shop is. It’s ran by uneducated people that are only there to steal your money. The biggest scam that they pull is they’ll tell you they’ll pay for the part. All you have to do is pay for the labor, but then they add the part cost into the labor so you’re just getting tricked by them and that’s their whole thing is to scam you to where you buy because all of them get paid based off of what they sell to you, and they will quite literally overlook critical issues with your car to sell you brakes and rotors. genuinely if you care about your car at all, I wouldn’t go to brakes plus William and Keith are going to do anything to steal your money.
