This goes for ALL Brakes Plus. My csr broke down 2 blocks away because of a bad battery. They wouldn't sell me one unless they could install it. Had the manager confirm. Come to find out they buy in bulk and they only way they can profit is by installation, which left me screwed. The same to you Brakes Plus!!!

Went to brakes plus on a Monday for an oil change with their complete service package. When I pay, they told me they did a tire rotation. Walk into my garage on a Friday morning and notice that I have missing lug nut on not one but two wheels. A wheel missing a standard lug and the other a keyed lug missing. I check in my glove box and noticed that the lug key is not in it. I call brakes plus and they proceed to tell me that they in fact did not do a tire rotation despite what the person checking me out told me and that those two lug nuts were already missing. he then told me that they deducted $10 from the total cost which is on my invoice, which is a lie because I've compared it to prior invoices from them and it's all the same.
What auto service center doesn't let their customer know that their wheels are missing lugs?!
I can't speak for every brakes plus location what I can tell you is this location is terrible. They are liars and they have ripped me off.

For starters I know this isn’t a shop that works on track cars and I’m not trying to say that my car is a track car. I bought these adjustable upper control arms because my ball joints were starting to go out. I installed them myself and took it in for an alignment right after. They told me they had to take off the upper control arms to adjust them before they make any more adjustments which was ok even though I’m pretty sure with the ones I bought they are meant to be adjusted while on the car still. After they finished up, my car was still pulling to the right and I took it in two more times after that so they could fix it. It still had been happening and I no longer wanted to deal with them saying that it drives straight for them and it’s probably just the unevenness of the road. Fast forward some months later I keep hearing this noise and it’s been happening since they did the alignment, so I jacked my car up and compared both of the upper control arms and was in disbelief. In one picture, you can easily see 10 threads of the upper control arms and the other picture, you can easily see 4. Now why were we saying the car was driving straight? I’m just so upset that now I’m going to have to spend more money to actually go to a professional shop to get an actual alignment and now possibly spend more money putting new tires on the front of my car because the alignment is so off. I will never bring any of my cars here again. To have mechanics that are dishonest and lazy working on my car that I pay money for is super upsetting.

Always like my experiences at this location! They are friendly, communicative, & efficient. I appreciate the fact that they explain issues to me & truthfully discuss how necessary/how soon repairs are needed.
Will, AJ, & Amanda were all great to work with - I’m sure all of the mechanics are great also but I didn’t speak with them.
My only small issue is that my car seats & interior door handles were very dirty/greasy when I got my car back. At the end of the day I care more about them keeping my car running & I can imagine it’s hard to keep clean in a shop like this. Just something to be aware of, maybe put a cover on your seat before dropping it off!

DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! I went their for an oil change and an inspection. I got my car from the dealership around 9 months ago at that time. 2019 acura with 40,000 miles. These people recommended over $1,000 in repairs including new brakes... I went to not one but TWO other mechanics. One being an actual acura dealership. BOTH of them agreed that nothing was wrong with my car besides maybe a tire rotation. Not even $20 repair in some places. There is a stereotype in this country where we think mechanics scam people for a quick buck. These people are letting that stereotype run free in their shop with little to no care.
