⭐ 5 Stars — Excellent Service! We had a fantastic experience with Brakes Plus! They were able to get our vehicle in right away and completed all the necessary work the same day. Throughout the process, they kept us informed with clear estimates, timelines, and excellent communication. The office was clean, the staff was friendly and professional, and the customer service was outstanding. It’s refreshing to find a place that values your time and keeps you updated every step of the way. We truly appreciate the great service and will definitely be returning. Highly recommend!

I paid almost $2k for an alternator on AN OLDER car and an oil change. Let me tell tall something: I come to this lication often, and the older guys that used to work here wouldn't take advantage like that! I know an alternator is on 200 dollars for my car, amd i could've found lavir cheaper elsewhere. Dont be like Firestone and start ripping ppl off, because that is how you lose LOYAL customers and build a BAD REPUTATION. The guys were young that helped me yesterday. They saw me and my husband and assumed dollar signs I guess. That is ridiculous, but i will check with corporate to see if the right prices/services were offered and if they were even necessary. I had given 5 stars prior, but after analysis of this situation, I think i was ripped off. Get better, HONEST, mechanics. Because that was definitely too expensive for an alternator! Edit: RILEY IS RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. He will lie to get money out of you. This place had better mechanics last year. Will NOT be returning. I took my cat back to them amd now it doesn't start AT ALL! dirty mechanics.
