I had an 8:00 AM appointment for an oil change, yet my car wasn't even serviced until 9:28 AM and wasn't ready until 10:25 AM.Beyond the unreasonable wait time, I felt pressured by an unnecessary upsell. The technician tried to sell me a new air filter, claiming it needed to be replaced, despite the fact that I had just replaced it with them during my last visit. When they showed it to me, it was clearly clean, save for a few leaves. It’s discouraging to feel like a shop is trying to take advantage of a customer rather than providing honest service. I value my time and my trust, and unfortunately, this visit fell short on both."

Walked in with a shaking vehicle, walked out with a smooth ride, and a lesson about steering and suspension. I’m glad my car’s “knee replacement” went well. Kevin was so very kind and accommodating for me and my newborn daughter as we spent the afternoon there today. We can safely take a road trip for Father’s Day weekend now.
