  Took over 2 hours just to get my car into the bay. Then another 30 mins for the actual oil change i got. The people were friendly, but it shouldn't take almost 3 hours for a 30min job. Most likey not coming back. Only if every other shop closes down.

  Absolutely terrible experience. Brought my car in on 8/8 for a shaking while driving. The tech Kevin (who has since quit) call d me back and said I absolutely need a new battery before they do any other work. I said yes. Paid 1400 dollars for it. Got the car back later that day. The next day my car wouldn’t start everytime. Brought it back and they said the tech put the wrong battery in it. They swapped it out and said in good to go. The next day it was the same issue. Brought it back again on 8/15. They told me they had to rekey my engine to my car key because the car thought it was being stolen, and that I’m good to go. Today it still doesn’t start sometimes. I’m completely livid and want a total refund. It’s clear that these people don’t know what they did to my car or how to fix it, so now I have to take it to a mechanic who can. My car was operating perfectly before I brought it in. And now this will be the 4TH TIME IN A WEEK I bring it.

  Riley was great to work with. My brake flush was done in a timely manner and I was able to get in and out and back to work! Been using brakes plus for over 3 years now with 2 different vehicles.
