  Chris was awesome— I came into the shop Monday evening looking to schedule an appointment. Chris was able to get me in 8am the next morning for an alignment, tire rotation and oil change. The lead time was about two hours which is standard and to be expected. Overall satisfaction is five stars! Definitely recommend Brakes Plus, and take advantage of their holiday discounts!

  I want to take a time to aknoledge one of your service guys; His name is Ashton I hope I spelled it right. Cuddos to Him for going the extra mile for a total Stranger in disgrace. I am traveling 3 hours back home and He helped me get the motor oil set right. Thanks you are awsome! for more service like yours with empathy and great smile. (Malena )

  My daughter took her 2 year old car to Brakes Plus Saddlecreek location for an oil change. During the change the manager came out and told her that the oil drain plug was turning so hard that they were afraid to put it back and it would be best if they ordered and replaced the oil pan. They offered to do it for $1000, she declined called her husband and myself and they put the plug back in and put the oil in and she went on her way. I called the manager the next day and him to explain what happened. He said that he and the mechanic believed that the Toyota dealer had overtighten the oil drain plug when they changed it last. It was time for an oil change again, having done MANY oil changes myself, I did it this time. The oil drain plug was easy to break loose from tight and removed it with my fingers. This is a case of Brakes Plus trying to take advantage of a woman, I'm pretty fed up with auto shops taking advantage of her and others by trying to scare them into paying for things they don't need. I wouldn't take a car to this place.

  I would recommend coming to brakes plus. I had to reschedule my appointment same day and they were flexible and understanding. I needed my brakes done but they also gave me a full diagnostic on other problems. Sky was great, he explained everything and communicated what I should prioritize to fix next. They did not take long despite me having to reschedule. I was in and out within 2 hours.

  I am never going to tires Plus again this was the fastest most efficient service I've had they didn't try to upsell me they didn't try to get money out of me they didn't tell me all these things that didn't exist was wrong with my car I came for an oil change they told me it would take an hour I received an oil change in less than 45 minutes, THANKS CHRIS !
