- CCCharlie2 days ago1.0Horrible, do not go here, tried to quote me $1400 and talked about damage that didn’t even exist in an attempt to crazily overcharge me. Went to another shop and got this fixed for $200.
- DDdalilah5 days ago5.0Joe got me in and got me as fast he could! I appreciated the transparency and complete honesty surrounding the state of my vehicle. I would recommend coming here for all your vehicle repairs. Great customer service!
- TMTashena Mason6 days ago5.0These guys are fantastic. Upfront, told me what was what, gave me my options, weren't pushy but still have me the honest rundown... And then gave me a ride to my house to get my wallet that I forgot!!
- RBRebecca BiehlSep 28, 20265.0Excellent customer service. They were able to get my son’s vehicle serviced the same day. Zero pressure sales with unnecessary maintenance. Provided recommendations appropriate with inspection and mileage. Technicians were friendly, professional, and offered a coupon for the oil change. I will return to have my son’s vehicle serviced at the Saddle Creek location.
- DLDeb LasherSep 14, 20265.0Chris at Brakes Plus was so so wonderful and perceptive in knowing that my sister's situation with her car was a dangerous emergency. My sister is deaf and she was not aware of the loud noise her car was making because of her broken sway bar. Chris got us in (even though Brakes Plus was completely booked with so many other cars ahead of ours). I give Chris @ Brakes Plus on saddlecreek road a 10-star rating......and even a 10-star rating is not high enough for the work he did. My sister's car tire could have fallen off while she made her hour and half drive home. We were so fortunate Chris got us in. He was a God sent🙏. I was at another car repair establishment where I drove off the lot with no brakes (after driving in there with working brakes) .....so I am very aware of what bad automobile service is. Let's just say that I am lucky to be alive after driving away from that car establishment with no brakes. And my sister is lucky to be alive too. Thank you Chris and Brakes Plus!!
