  Went in for new brakes and rotors front and back and when I left my steering wheel was shaking. I went back they said it was the brake hose that broke and it needed to be replaced along with calipers. So I paid to have that replaced as well. I left again and my steering wheel is still shaking and now they arent open until monday!!!

  I brought my car in to have it looked at for vibration issue noted with acceleration. The technician looked my car over and ruled out many of the common causes. He suspected that the problem was something out of the scope of the services that they provide and recommended the next steps that I can take to fix the issue. I appreciate that Tyler W was honest and didn't try to sell things that I didn't need. There was also no charge for inspection.

  I had a really great experience at Brakes Plus, and I especially want to recognize Tyler W. for the excellent customer service. From the moment I interacted with him, he was incredibly kind, professional, and genuinely helpful. He made the entire experience so much easier and more comfortable. Tyler was extremely helpful when it came to going over my brake options and helping me find what worked within my budget. I really appreciated that he didn’t make me feel pressured or like I had to spend more than I was comfortable with. Instead, he listened to what I needed and helped me make an informed decision. It’s customer service like this that really makes a difference. Car repairs can be stressful, especially when you’re trying to stay within a certain budget, and Tyler made the process feel straightforward and manageable. He was kind, knowledgeable, transparent, and just an overall pleasure to work with. Great work, Tyler! Brakes Plus is lucky to have someone like you representing the company.   These guys are great! They helped me multiple times with oil changes, brake pad changes, and even helped re-secure my splash shield in less than 15 minutes. They're always pleasant to work with and don't charge an arm and a leg. Just makes sure you always look for coupons/deals on their website! I actually had a really bad experience at one of the quick change oil places, who tried scarying me into thinking my engine was burning oil quicker than it actually was. They tried telling me I needed to come in every 2,000 miles for a oil change! But these guys took a look and told me that they didn't see anything wrong. It really gave me some peace of mind and definitely saved me money! Shout out to Shawn for getting my car in so quick for the splash shield. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
