They did not fix the break calipers with right amount of torque on my sienna and screws fell off. I took it to dealer not suspecting the sounds I heard were from break callipers, dealer recorded videos of the and showed me that it was caused by work done on breaks. When I came in to claim those expenses, they would not take ownership of the issue and did not refund. Their claim is I should have gone to them to get the fix done. How is this logical? I am glad got it fixed from elsewhere what if the breaks had failed because of that issue. Never going to breaks plus again..
