  I had my tires switched from winter to all season I am NOW missing one of the subaru emblem off the wheel. BAXTER BETTER REPLACE THIS AND NOT AT MY COST! When I got my alignment done months ago. I opened the hood and the cover to my battery was just sitting on top of the windshield wiper fluid. I have not taken my car anywhere else maybe I need to.

  I sent this following message to the service manager after my service and never got a response, I think that’s extremely unprofessional. “I think you guys need to update or change the amount of time you quote for the DCM replacement on the WRXs. I was quoted both on the phone and in person 1-2 hours so I was just going to stick around and wait for the service to be completed. Around 2.5 hours in I walked up and talked to my service guy and I was told "that's just the diagnostic time". Well that's fine but I ended up being there for about 4.5 hours while my girlfriend and friends were celebrating her birthday at the zoo. If I had known that I would have just left the car and came back at the end of the day. Also when I took off with the car I was driving out of the dealership and heard some rattling in my back seats, I made it out to the stop lights when i realized my glove compartment was sitting in my back seat! Really not being a big deal putting it back in and someone in the service bay helped me with it quickly. But it really shocked me when I noticed that. I live 210 miles away in Atkinson NE and rarely ever make it out to Omaha but if I need to come to a Subaru dealership in the future this experience is going to be on my mind.”

  On May 2, 2026 I had an appointment to test drive a 2026 Subaru Outback Touring XT at 2:00 pm. I received a reminder call around 8:30 am that morning. I asked if I could come in earlier and they were very gracious and said sure! I got there around 11:30 am and Carry Short, sales consultant was right there to greet me. I test drove the vehicle and fell in love with it. Carry and I got along beautifully and she set up the sale with my trade-in. I was treated fairly and with respect. Was it good experience? NO! IT WAS A GREAT EXPERIENCE! I highly recommend Baxter Subaru of Omaha to anyone looking for a fair and honest deal! Give Carry a call! She'll treat you right!
