  We loved our visit at Baxter Suburu! Colin was very knowledgeable and helpful. We didn't feel pressured at all and were able to just test drive the car we wanted to test drive. It was a great experience!

  We had a great experience with Baxter Subaru! Barney answered all of our questions and was very thorough. Even on his days off, he was quick to answer our questions and meet in office if needed. We never felt crazy pressure to make a decision, even as it took a few days of deciding. We now have a ‘22 Ascent and it’s awesome! I would 100% use them again.

  This was easily the best vehicle-buying experience I’ve ever had—refreshing and honestly unexpected in the best way. There’s a fun, professional atmosphere created by an amazing team. I’m very much looking forward continuing to do business with this dealership. Everything was streamlined from start to finish, especially the trade process. Becky was amazing to work with and truly went above and beyond for us. Curt, RJ, Wendy, and everyone else we interacted with were also incredibly helpful, personable, and professional.

  To start I'm never greeted when I walk in. I have to awkwardly stand there until someone acknowledges me or I have to say something. I recently paid to have my battery thermals cleaned of battery acid corrosion. When I received the car back the thermals themselves were cleaned but there was still corrosion all over the battery tie down. I picked the car up from the oil change I checked to see if they cleaned off the corrosion. Stan re-assured and said it was. When I walked out to my car it wasn't. This is frustrating because I've had similar issues in the past with this same dealership when working on my car. From finding loose hardware in my rain tray, to going to the la Vista one to have them tell me they didn't put one of the hub-centric rings back on for my wheels when they did a tire rotation. Then when I leave no one says thank you or good bye. Honestly a real bad experience
