  I just bought my second car at Baxter Subaru, and worked with Barney. I don't think I could have had a better experience. They are organized, patient, kind and respectful, and show that they value your time. I have worked with Baxter Subaru for a few years now, and I've never been disappointed. I'm a big fan of Subarus in general, and this is definitely the place to get yours. Thanks again to Barney and the crew.

  Best new car transaction in over 40 years of new car purchases. Phenomenal concept developed by this dealership. One person guides you through the entire process, no bouncing around to different departments, minimizing errors and giving the buyer a much stronger sense of commitment from the dealership and sales consultant. Brian was incredibly helpful and patient with my over the top OCD demands to assist my out of state purchase. He took endless pictures, double and triple checked everything so that my transaction would be flawless. On the day I picked up my car, all of the paperwork was completed in 30 minutes! That has never happened to me, ever. No attempts to upsell all the junk fees other dealers are known for. Most of the paperwork was completed before I even came to the dealership using their edocs platform to streamline the entire process. I cannot say enough good things about this dealership, their GM, Mike, and most of all my Sales consultant. Do not hesitate to make your next purchase with these great folks. If something doesn't go as planned, they will make it right! GREAT EXPERIENCE!!

  I’ve been bringing my 2017 Subaru Legacy to Baxter Subaru for service since buying it from them. I even drove 300 miles from North Platte to have them take care of my car for peace of mind! The service team has always done an exceptional job. Above all everyone I’ve ever interacted with has been friendly, knowledgeable, and kind. Baxter is a name you can trust!

  i was traveling back on Sept. 11, 2026 from Alabama when I picked up something on the interstate. Went to Baxter the next morning and explained my situation and my service writer, Tanner Austin took care of me and had me back on the road with a new tire in no time. I was really impressed with this dealership and their employees. So if you are from around the Omaha area please give this dealership a chance. Again thanks to Tanner and Baxter for such great customer service!

  I purchased from Baxter Subaru of Omaha on Monday and cannot rave enough about them! After about two months of searching and dealing with crappy salesmen (H&H), I decided to abandon the initial car I had in mind (Kia Sportage) because there was NO WAY I was going to give them my business or a dime of my money. I'm incredibly happy I made the pivot, because it led me to Brian Smith. He was cool, calm, collected. If I had a question, he would answer it. If he didn't know the answer, he found it for me. He was upfront and didn't sugar coat anything. Not once did he pitch "so when can I get you in for a test drive...when can we make that appointment, how does tonight at 5pm sound?" while we were in the messaging question/answer phase. It was such a relief. He was not pushy; in fact, very patient, kind, and understanding. It honestly was like talking/working with a friend. At one point Brian was out so a co-worker of his, RJ, jumped in and answered my questions. It was awesome I wasn't left hanging (even for just one day). One thing noteworthy, who you start with is who you end with...no bouncing around people, finance departments, etc. Just one person. Because we did so much over the phone, I was essentially in and out in 30 minutes. Everyone was extremely helpful and friendly! Speaking of friendly, they are dog friendly as well! To my surprise while signing paperwork, a super cute dog came up to me! I plan on having my Outback Wilderness for a very LONG time; but you better believe when another vehicle is purchased, it will be through Baxter Subaru of Omaha.
