Walked into AutoZone with a dead battery on a Saturday morning around 9 AM .was greeted with nothing but negative energy and bad attitude. Simply asked if they could help me test my battery and purchased a new one and the man walked away from me mid sentence and acted like I was the biggest burden he has ever seen in his life I told him what kind of vehicle I had, he had my old bad battery in front of him and refused to help me figure out what battery I needed, or if I even needed a battery. He then after still not knowing what exact battery I needed told me it was gonna be around $260 to $280 for a battery that once purchased was mine regardless. He was so unpleasant and downright rude and unhelpful. I don’t know if these men just aren’t morning people or what happened to them, but I would highly highly recommend calling Walmart literally across the street - where they are more than helpful and ¼ of the cost, told me Exactly what was wrong with it. They even got me in and out the door in less than 5minutes. Shoutout my guy Martin at Walmart. Autozone sucks. They have a nice candy selection tho hence the 2 stars.

BAD LOCATION, CALLED TODAY 4:45PM YOUNG GUY HANGS UP ON U, REFUSED WOULD NOT TRANSFER ME TO STORE MANAGER TO SOLVE MY PROBLEM WITH $22.54 CORE CREDIT THAT WAS PUT ON GIFTCARD MC THAT WAS TORE UP AFTER BOUGHT THE BATTERY, CANT PUT CREDITS ON A TEMPORARY GIFT CARD THE GIFT CARD COMPANY TOLD ME NO CREDITS WILL GO BACK TO THIS GIFT CARD ONLY CAN PURCHASE THEN THROW AWAY AFTER USED UP IT WAS USED UP WHEN BOUGHT THE BATERY. INSTEAD OF CREDITINT THE VISA DEBIT THAT PAID FOR THE CORE CHARGE WITH , HE REFUSED, HUNG UP ON ME 3 TIMES. SIAD U ARE HOT TALKING TO A MANAGER EVEH THOUGH HE SAID THE STORE MANAGER WAS THERE. OUR BUSINESS WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE AGAIN AFTER THIS YOUNG GUY THAT ANSWERED THE PHONE DID THIS TODAY TO ME, SO I HAD TO FILE A FRAUD CHARGE AT MY BANK FOR THE CORE CHARGE BECAUSE OF THIS.
