  The worst in AutoZone. I bought a Silverado engine and it never arrived and every time I ask they tell me that in 1 month or 2 months or more and they have very bad treatment and they respond super badly there they don't buy anything they are the worst in Omaha. I really don't recommend it.

  On 04/20/2026, between 6:30pm and 6:45pm, I decided to stop at the AutoZone on 137th and W Maple. I was pressed, so before I could do anything, I had to use the restroom. I saw the sign and went in. There was a poster that said, “Shoplifting is not tolerated in here. If you are caught, you will be prosecuted.” When I stepped out, I saw a tall young man, about 6'4". The first thing he said was, "Hey man, we don’t allow customers to use the restroom." I told him I was pressed — what did he want me to do, pee on the floor? He replied, "Then I would call the cops on you." Then he decided to stand in my way. I was mad and told him to go ahead and call them, and I walked out. AutoZone needs to teach their employees some manners. If I'm pressed and I'm your customer, what do you want me to do? If you don’t want customers using your restrooms, lock them. He could have waited till I am at the cashiers and politely said, sir so you know, those restrooms are for staff only. Or put a “staff only” sign.

  I would recommend this location to everyone who sees this. Today we replaced our windshield wipers, air filter and battery. We were helped by Dominic and an older gentleman whose name I unfortunately to not remember. They helped us install everything and were very patient and kind. They usually don't change air filters but thankfully the older gentleman decided to replace it for us. We only found out that our battery was on the verge of death thanks to the free battery check they offer. They were quick to look up a battery, gave us options, replaced and even gave it another scan to make sure we were good to go. They made everything seamless, stress-free and didn't try to sell us unnecessary parts/services. The older gentleman even gave us a discount for trading in the old battery. Thank you!
