  Terrible Experience and Shocking Lack of Accountability Incorrect Parts Sold: I came in to return expensive car parts because I came in for rear parts, but the employee named Chrissy sold me front parts—two completely different parts at that—due to not knowing how to properly enter information into the computer system. Unprofessional Employee Behavior: Instead of accepting guidance or training from management on how to fix the system entry, Chrissy became highly defensive, talked loudly on her phone during the interaction, and acted completely disrespectfully. Threats and Escalation: Matters escalated when she called her girlfriend and her girlfriend’s parents to come into the store to make threats against me, creating a hostile and unsafe scene while she clocked out and abandoned her shift. Management Failure: When I spoke with the store manager, Kevin, he completely dismissed the situation, made excuses, and ignored the evidence, showing zero concern for customer safety or satisfaction. Overall Warning: As a loyal, long-time customer who has spent a lot of money here, I am appalled that management allows staff to throw tantrums, cuss, threaten customers, and bring outside drama into the workplace without any accountability. Do not waste your time visiting this location. Wonderful Job Kevin on your lack of leadership and integrity!!!

  I'm gonna give this just A 4! I mean, the store was clean and organized, and the staff are friendly, but they didn't have any of the 3 parts that I needed for 1 vehicle which was kind of frustrating.

  Excellent Service. Walked in the store and the techs were very helpful. They greeted with a hello and made me feel welcome. I don’t know much about cars. But the three Hispanic techs were very patient in finding an item I needed for a radiator with the guidance of a picture I took. They never gave up in finding the special plug. When they did find it. They referred me to a sister store that had the plug in stock. Muchas Gracias!!! 🙏
