  This location legit has a 5 star employee with a mission to help the best he can to another degree helps you solve problems you didnt even know you had does he job exceptionally good. This uncapped hero is named michael. If you come across this guy your definitely in good hands.

  The staff at this location has an absolute lack of decency and empathy. I work across the street. Today my client had their car towed after being there for maybe an hour. Despite getting permission in the past from a manager who said our clients could use the lot. We have received multiple irate calls from Autozone employees, asking us to have our clients move their cars. Every time we have complied, and since then we have publicly updated our parking rules. Keep in mind we have clients who only come in every few months, in today’s case they haven’t had an appointment for nearly 5 months. Last time they were here they were allowed to park at Autozone. Today the employee called us telling we were towed, they then lied and said the car was there for 2 hours. This was not true. They also told us we had to walk across the street and look at signage to see where our car got towed to, refusing to tell us the name of the company. When a member of our staff walked over there to check the sign, an employee of Autozone came outside and got confrontational with our desk staff (who was simply trying to help the situation). Keep in mind the tow truck driver sits out front of Autozone waiting to be called in to tow somebody. This is extremely shady and makes me wonder if somebody at Autozone is benefitting from this in some way. I will never spend another dollar here, nor will anyone I know if I can help it.

  Erick and Nate are superhero’s man, they helped with my car battery and it was pretty tough to get out but that didn’t stop them from completing the task at hand. If autozone employees accepted tips they both deserve 1000$ a piece.

  My car was parked there for less than 24 hours because we were trying to figure out what was wrong with it and they had it towed!! Absolutely ridiculous. Took the $450 in parts I bought right back inside and returned them I’ll do business elsewhere

  I ordered a new alternator online and was helped by Mike at the front counter, who was a great guy to work with and had the pickup finished in just a minute or two. My jump pack was drained so I had to uber home to charge it, but my windows were rolled down and my car was completely dead. I asked for help and Mike pulled his own truck up and gave me a jump to get the windows up and the car locked immediately when I asked for help, no questions asked. I had a great experience here and that man deserves a raise!
