    My battery died. I went there early in the morning in the rain. They helped me right away. Unfortunately, my car does require a factory reset so they were unable to install the battery. The nice employee gave me a jump and provided a close-by recommendation where I could get this completed. So friendly, quick, knowledgeable!!

    AutoZone just gained a loyal customer thanks to Jeremiah Hurst. I’ve been dealing with my wife’s POS 2022 Jeep Compass intermittently not starting. Took the main battery and the auxiliary battery to NAPA and they told me the main battery just needed to be charged and the auxiliary battery was good. The jeep ran fine for about a week and then started acting up again. Came to Autozone met with Jeremiah and he went the extra mile put the batteries on a diagnostic battery charger rather than just a normal tester, turns out the main battery good and the auxiliary battery bad. Some may just change both and call it a day but I like the fact that we were able to verify the root problem. The fact that there’s two batteries in these vehicles is ridiculous, don’t buy a Jeep.

    Very kind workers! Had a problem with my car and they decided to take it hands on to help me. Never got the name of the workers but he was very kind!! No need for a mechanic haha.

    I remember why I always go to O’Reilly’s now. Just bad service and returns are tricky for their employees I guess. Waste of time sorry O’Reilly’s for doing ya dirty

    Never usually the type to leave a negative review but after buying a car with the wrong battery installed initially, AutoZone again replaced it with the wrong battery after the battery died. So now I’m out of warranty and ended up paying $250 out of pocket for a new battery (the right one) the dealership also screwed up a bit here and the only reason it’s a 2-star versus a 1-star is because they gave me a tiny discount. People are good there but make sure dig deeper with commercial accounts when replacing a better under warranty. Is what it is but this negative review feels necessary in this situation.
