  I took a car there two years ago for a tire change. I asked them when adding the tire/the donut back in the car, to not use an impact or tighten the donut down too hard for easier access. They have tightened lug nuts on my car too hard on 4 separate occasions to the point the thread was stripped and I had to pay them for their mistake. This was and will now be the last time I ever come here. Today I was driving on I-29 when my tire went flat. I went out to change it real quick and get back on the road, or so I thought. When I went to take out the donut, the top piece was so tightly screwed on there I had to use a wrench for 30 minutes then a hammer to get it to move for 10. All the while cars blew by me at 80mph and I had what would consider 17 close calls with a car (being within 12 inches of my car, I was pulled as far right as I could for the record.) I ended up getting a ticket for doing 50 in a 70 since I was on a donut while finding the next off ramp to find the highway to home. The minimum speed limit was listed at 40 so now I have to go to a courthouse two counties over the contest it. Additionally, changing a tire is a 5 minute task but I didn’t account for this business cutting corners, so I ended up being out there closer to 45-50 minutes. Since I was thinking it’d be quick I did not apply sunscreen and now I have a really gnarly sunburn as well. Anderson Auto will cut corners that will eventually put you in a life threatening scenario. There were 17 cars close to hitting me when dealing with their screw up. I don’t even gamble but I went and bought a lottery ticket afterwards from how lucky I was. I would like follow up from the owner(s) of this establishment to discuss hiring and training practices because what they are doing now will get someone hurt or killed. I have already contacted the BBB on this matter with a complaint filed as well.

  After trouble with other shops I will definitely be bringing whatever I got to them never tried to sell me anything I didn't need thank you

  These guys have been taking care of my family since 1979. We’ve probably done 100 transactions with them. These guys know what they’re doing, always the same employees when I go in everything works great just like they said it would before bringing my car in. Many thanks and well done!!!
