  It was very good, reserved at last minute, by the time I was done reserving the car it was time to pick it up so I picked up an hour late. No issues picking up had to extend a day, called and was smooth and easy. Was almost as late returning as picking up due to traffic no real issues returning except no one was there, myself and another lady were kind of confused and then she found the key drop box so we figured that was the plan and that was the only issue I had, I did realize later I had forgot to fill the gas due to the time so I'm sure they took it out of my deposit which is fair. Overall a very good experience very nice car tried to leave it as I received it. Maybe a sign in the return area for when nobody is available would be nice so I would know what to do. That would be my only suggestion and thank you for a good rental! Was a very nice '25 or'26 Dodge Ram pickup $60/day us fees, just under $100 opted for the insurance $18 so just over $100 total/day not bad for that class of truck.

  Alamo rent a car at the Omaha airport was very easy to get in and out of as the rental office is located right at the airport. The staff was very helpful in figuring out the navigation on the Honda.

  Alamo in Omaha is always great, easy to pick up and get on the way. No high pressure upsell like we have gotten from competitors in the past. Car clean and ready to go.

  Alamo always from now on! The people are nice, especially at the lot. If I request to be upgraded, as long as it's available, they give me the car that I want! Thank you!
