  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Breaking down on the side of the road with a broken boat trailer axle is every boater’s nightmare, but Eichner’s completely turned a stressful situation into a positive experience. The towing company left it at the front of their property after hours. First thing Monday morning, Maria was already in contact with me and remained incredibly communicative throughout the entire process. She kept us updated every step of the way, which gave us so much peace of mind. The team completed a full trailer axle swap and also took care of a few minor repairs on the boat while they had it. Their pricing was very fair, the quality of their work was excellent, and the customer service was outstanding. What impressed us most was that they had everything finished before the Fourth of July—one of the busiest boating weeks of the year. We know how hectic that time is, and we’re incredibly grateful they made it possible for us to get back on the water. Thank you to Maria and the entire team at Eichner’s for taking such great care of us. We feel very fortunate to have found a repair shop that’s honest, dependable, and genuinely cares about its customers. If you’re looking for a trustworthy boat repair shop, we highly recommend Eichner’s!

  I'm not one to typically write bad reviews especially for small business but when it gets to a point where it is ridiculous and extremely disappointing experiences with a business you liked and respected for them to treat their customers this terribly, I have to say something. This is the second or third time time Eichners's has screwed my whole fall fishing season and any plans I made to Fish or spend time preparing my boat for the next season. I would highly recommend anyone who values their fishing season and time out with family and friends to not only never buy a skeeter, which I've had nonstop problems with out the door after spending 100k+, but also the terrible customer service, false charges and them taking months to "fix" your boat after them telling you they can get right to it right away. If you're like me and wants to spend money on a nice reliable boat to enjoy the little time off from work we have, to fish and spend time with friends and family, stay far away from skeeter and farther away from Eichner's sales and service. My post can be corroborated by multiple well respected walleye fisherman in the state of Nebraska who have seen my struggles with them, thank you. I hope skeeter steps up and makes it right.
