  Our staff member (maybe Lisa?) was super friendly and helpful, and she even stayed late helping us get out car situation figured out when we were stranded during a cross-country trip. Unfortunately, despite telling us that she got permission to let us do a one-way trip to Louisville, when we got home to Louisville we found out we were written down as returning the car back to North Platte, and now they're charging us a few hundred dollars more! She did not show us the return place listed when she had us sign. We've tried calling during business hours three days in a row. All three times we have waited on hold for 13 minutes, then we were disconnected. The further this gets from our rental date, the more worried we get that our staff member won't remember us.

  Lisa Seachord the Senior Account Representative at your North Platte NE location was incredible with personable character and complete professionalism. As a business owner myself I would applaud having someone like her representing my company. Lisa alone made our rental experience great!

  We did not have a good experience with Enterprise. We hit a deer in the middle of the night and used our tow truck's loaner car to get to Enterprise right when it opened. She was very nice and welcoming but as soon as we said we needed a rental car to Denver, she said no, we won't have one until Monday. She didn't look at all. She said we could go to Hertz, but didn't make it seem like they would be helpful either and then recommended a UHaul place. Once we went around to all the places and ended with the UHaul, she called back to tell us that they had a white van we could use. Now, two hours later, she figured it out for us. It was a huge bummer. The lady was kind, but unwilling to go above and beyond right away to help us. In fact, waited until we were set with a different plan to offer us a van.
