  Christopher: Valvoline Instant Oil Change was fast and my wife didn't complain about it too much. She doesn't mind sitting in the car or being patient but sometimes she just wants to kick the back of my chair, to make sure im alive and know that Vavoline is done with the car and they are signaling for us to leave.

  This is the second experience I’ve had at this location here In Lincoln on N 27th St and can I say I LOVE IT HERE every time I’ve came there has been AMAZING staff Super welcoming and very communicative on what’s happening.

  10/5 STARS IF I COULD!!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I have NEVER been this impressed by an oil change in my life - Valvoline is on a completely different level! The team here was unbelievably helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly from the second I pulled in. They greeted me with a smile, walked me through everything, answered all my questions without making me feel rushed, and you can just tell they actually KNOW what they're doing. True professionals who genuinely care. I've had such bad luck at other oil change places. Whose name rhymes with Leffy Jube. - stripped bolts, leaks, and come to find out they weren't even torquing the bolts properly! The guys at Valvoline actually pointed it out, explained what happened, fixed it correctly, and made sure EVERYTHING was torqued to spec. Fast, honest, friendly, and done RIGHT. This is the ONLY place I will ever go for an oil change again. Unless is GM dealership. If you're on the fence, go here. You will not regret it! Valvoline for the win!

  I used to think very highly of valvoli n e quick lubes. I started going to the shop on village drive in lincoln went there for a couple years and never a complaint. Then the shop on Fairfield opened and so with that shop being closer to my home I started found there for my oil and lubes. Here's my compmaint with the Fairfield shop... I recently changed out my tie rode both upper and lowers along with my ball joints upoer and lower did that work all at home after my work was all said and done I right away went to the Fairfield ship and had my oil changed and informed then that all my tie rods upper and lower along with ball joint upper and lower we all serviceable and just replaced and SPECIFIED TO PKEASE PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU LUBE THEM FOR ME because I personally did not own a lybe gun. The oil tech told me no problem and said their will be an extra charge for the lube because being new they will take on extra grease. Hey no problem please yes I'll pay the extra no problem. Here's the scoop. That was 3 months ago and yesterday I did my oil at home and decided to buy a small lube gun and grease tubes. I started to lube my perks and I pumped grease and when the grease started to perge out it was a full 3 ounces of grease in one tie rods and it had not ever been touched when I requested at the shop 3 months prior not 1 of them was ever touched. All my tie rods were shot ypu could move the drag link and lower adjustment sleeve by hand . So with that being said I've got yo replace everything again along with an alignment. Thank you for taking my money not tubing the perks and costing me over 3 hundred dollars during your your lazynesd
