  Shows up with wrong parts after you pay and make you wait a ridiculous amount of time even after payment. DO NOT USE IF YOU WANT IT DONE FAST!!!

  Hard to know exactly how to rate my experience. Installation was good but the overall experience exasperating. I don’t want my difficulty in simply get a price and assurance that everything involved was actually covered and I would have no surprise costs at the end of the process to reflect badly on the technician. My Kia Telluride has more whistles and bells than any vehicle I’ve owned and requires adjustments necessary for several of these technical features. I could not get a reassuring quote that made me comfortable knowing these adjustments were included. It was as if they did everything possible to keep me from acquiring a quote I could compare with any other potential service. (But to be fair ALL the windshield companies did the same infuriating thing!) Easy as hell making an appointment but FREAKING IMPOSSIBLE to get a reassuring quote covering all necessary services and adjustments. My technician Mason was great, even though it was only his second day. I am an engineer and want to understand how Everything works, and he patiently obliged my many questions. He had some difficulty with the calibration equipment (the equipment itself) but he patiently worked through it all. This is first time I have had a single technician replace my windshield. I was impressed but equally concerned about a slick piece of equipment they provided him enabling him replacing it on his own. The concern is that the device placed ALL the weight of the windshield on a suction cup on drivers window. I can only hope I don’t have future issues with the drivers window. I would have felt way more comfortable if the device was freestanding and not applying the full weight of the windshield on my window. I’m a bit spoiled by having a friend in the business the many years I lived in Colorado. Another snag in the process, when I moved to Nebraska I asked State Farm to give me the exact same coverage I had for years in Colorado. I never had to pay out of pocket for windshield replacement - they even replaced for 50K worth of pits in windshield. Nebraska State Farm- oops we don’t do things like Colorado- you get to pay for it 100% yourself! When you ask for “exact same coverage “ you sort of expect it. Especially when you are a fixed income. Guess who is looking for a new insurance company?
