- JJJeremy JonesSep 24, 20261.0If I could leave a zero star I would. I went through the car wash and the brushes stopped. The attendant came up and looked and restarted. The next time we heard a bang against our vehicle. I rolled down the window and mentioned it to him. He shrugged his shoulders and started it again. My vehicle rolled back and it banged again. The attendant came up and accused me of putting my vehicle in reverse. I told him again there was a bang noise against my vehicle. He started it again and we proceeded through the rest of the car wash. After gettting out and inspecting the vehicle, there was two fairly large dents in the front fender. I approach him and he does a damage claim. A week later I get an email from Rocket saying that my claimed was denied because you can see the damage previously. First off the vehicle was covered in dirt. This company will not stand behind their word. 0/10 would not recommend.
