  Predatory sales and incredibly hard (time consuming) to cancel. They talked my wife into a subscription for just one Carwash. They said it was a ‘deal’ and we ended up paying $49 per month for 3 months before we noticed. To cancel, I called in and was 8th in line, after 1 hour I gave up and called in again. That time I got thru after 10 and they said it was cancelled. Billed me again. After another hour of waiting time and a 2 day ‘review’; they could find ‘no record’ of my first call, would not give refund Brad.

  You guys could work on the section power and spraying the cars while going into the car wash overall great service and happy employees to help

  Great way to get the outside and inside cleaned. Top package is like a “mini” detail.

  I recently had my car washed here, and it was a very disappointing experience. Not only was my car not cleaned properly, but I also noticed new scratches on the paint after the wash. I’ve owned this car for less than four months, and it has always been my dream car, so seeing it scratched was extremely upsetting. When I spoke to the manager, instead of trying to help or take responsibility, he spoke to me in a rude and disrespectful tone. I wasted my time, my car was damaged, and no one was willing to take responsibility. Please be careful—this could happen to your car as well. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

  Talking to the manager, Chris, is a complete waste of time. I probably wasted my time spending two days on the phone talking for 1 hour and 30 minutes each day. On the third day, I decided to go directly to the office, but it was the exact same story. Not only did I waste my time, but I also lost my patience. Do not buy subscriptions here—it is a total rip-off. After I signed up for a promo deal, they automatically charged me $54 as soon as the promo ended, without giving me any warning or heads-up. The whole thing is a disaster. Calling them gets you nowhere, and Chris, the branch manager, just wasted my time for three straight days without offering any solution. Remember to read everything carefully, or they will steal your money!" There is no difference between them and pickpocket !!!
