  bought the 2 month membership that was offered for $10. When purchasing was overcharged but quickly got that problem solved. Every time I went in for a wash I had to ask to have the back of my car sprayed off. They would take the wand and hit the back in 2 seconds. I don't know how many times I went through the same day and repeatedly asked to spray down the back. After 3 times if frustration I left. My membership was due to end so called a week ahead to cancel. Sunday I was balencing my account and they charged me full amount. This was the second time this has happened. I'm a fair person and give 2nd chances but this is terrible. Then to make excuses. Then to tell me it would be one to 3 days. This is the last time I do business with them. Terrible business

  Does a pretty good job. But won’t get the bugs off the front, doesn’t stack up to a real hand wash. Used to be a member, canceled it because we didn’t use enough, so now every once in a while we will go through and just get a single wash. But not going to do that anymore because it is so aggravating getting attacked by the crew about getting a membership again, they ask every single time, usually don’t take no for an answer, just wanted a car wash, but I think I will hand wash it at home from now on

  My car got dive bombed by some birds, my hood was covered. I got the ultimate wash & it got 90% clean. Alot better than the last car wash I went too

  Overpriced, no touch less option, and the wash doesn't even do a very good job. When you call to cancel prepare to be on hold for 45 minutes while the robot throws sales pitches at you. Do not recommend.
