  Car wash is fine, amenities are fine. Requiring you to call to cancel is a shady business tactic to try and get you to forget or postpone and end up paying for another month. They also have a fake wait when you call. This is another shady tactic to get you to hang up and hopefully forget to call again later. Doesn't matter when I call, there is always a long line and 15 minute wait. I don't believe for a second that the phones are that busy. Waiting in line currently, it was 8th in line with 15 minutes wait. After several minutes it updated to 8th in line (no change) and quoted 60 minutes wait! I think I'll make a stink and see if we can get this investigated. Maybe the news can run something on it.
