  Your hours are wrong as posted online. They do not close at 9 they close at 8:55. The person seen me drive in and then she said as she rushed over to the terminal to shut it off they are closed. If you’re going to close early then change your hours you post!!!! I have a business here in town and I close as my sign says and posted online. Then I finish up and go home. She said they put the cones out at 8:57 to close. I said your early today as I looked over at my clock on phone and showed her. She wasn’t having any of it. I pay I believe 60 per month and have only used the detailing service one time. I came to the same place about a week ago during the middle of the day and they were closed with a mechanical problem. I get that. That is out of their control mostly. But closing early from what they post is completely WRONG!!!!

  Best place in town to get your car washed. It does the most thorough job and it’s quick and easy drive through every time. Staff is friendly and helpful, and Kelly is always especially awesome and ready with a smile to check me in.

  I've been a member for a couple of years now and I've got to say this is definitely the best wash I've been too. I got signed up at another site but the O street location has my heart. The great customer service and good carwash quality is what keeps me coming back. Josi is definitely a big part as to what makes this service amazing.

  Got the lowest wash $15 which is more pricey compared to other car washes in town. You would expect that this would be a better wash. The entire back of my car was filthy, as if it never even had water or anything touch it. And of course there’s no one doing any drying had to do the drying myself with the one towel that was left in the Container. Will not be returning this place is not worth the money. The photo posted is in the vacuum parking spot after I tried to wipe all of that up with the water that was left on the towel from my car. It was covered in dirt and filth, like it never was even touched.

  The location “O” St for Rocket Car Wash is by far the worst of all. Horrible customer service. Scanners for Members Only lines do not work. I keep going back, hoping it will get better since it is on my way to work. Every time I return to the ”O” St location, service has not improved. The girl today “letting people through” opted to let Non members through before members. In addition, took forever to do her job. She made a point to let me know that she would make me wait longer because I questioned how long it would take for me to be let through. One non member and two members that arrived after I was in line. I could not leave because someone was behind me. I believe I waited over 10 minutes when I was the 1st person in the “members only” line. Not such a great deal! Again horrible customer service.
