  Insurance had me rent a car with them while my car was getting work done. Car already had a slight mildew smell but it’s Nebraska it rains so I didn’t find an issue. The car stopped working after a couple of days driving, they claim that I flooded it. It did rain the night before, but there is no way their car can’t handle being parked outside in the rain 😂

  DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!! Scammers!!! My insurance set me up for a rental from here while my truck was in the shop. When doing the walk around the Nissan Rogue she told me unless it’s over a quarter size I don’t have to note any damage because it is already noted for normal wear and tear. When I would point stuff out she said it’s not over quarter size so it does not need to be noted due to already being noted as normal wear and tear. I did not look at the roof of the vehicle nor did she when doing the walk around the vehicle. We would have had to open the door and climb inside to see the roof. Did not do that. Neither did she and I should have known better. My vehicle first went into the shop a couple weeks for the first claim on hail damage and then I was told I needed to go up there to do the inspection before starting my next claim for deer damage. I went up there on the 16th and they inspected the suv and told me I was good to go and they gave me my deposit back for the first claim of $50 and got a new deposit for the second claim of $50. I left the next morning to go to Arkansas for the 2 weeks on the 17th. I come back the 31st and got my truck from the shop after they closed so I also had to drop off the truck that evening after they closed at enterprise. The next day enterprise called me and asked about my experience and let me know that they checked out the vehicle and it was in excellent condition and I would be getting my $50 deposit back for the second claim. While she was asking me what they could have done to make it a better experience she stopped talking and asked if she could put me on hold for a minute. I told her that was fine and she put me on hold for a while and then got back on the phone and said they actually they found 3 dents on the top of the roof and one on the side fender and stated it was hail damage from when I rented the vehicle. We had 0 hail and not even rain or storms in Arkansas the whole two weeks I was there so there is no way it was from hail! I had my insurance agent pull it up to see if there were any reports of hail and he said there was nothing which I already knew. I knew because I didn’t buy there extra insurance they were trying to scam me into saying it happened while I had the vehicle. I ended up going up to Enterprise and waited in line 45 min to an hour to talk to someone that Saturday when they called me and I told her that I know for a fact there was no hail when I had the vehicle. She said they will look it up for where I was at with the vehicle and see if there was any hail. I asked her what happens after they pull that there was no reports of hail? Will they dismiss it once there is proof there was none and she told me I would still be responsible for it even if there is no reports of hail. If that’s not a scam then I don’t know what is!!! I also asked her for pictures of the vehicle before I rented it and they have no pictures to provide proof. Of course they don’t have pictures. No surprise there!!! You literally cannot do anything anymore without someone trying to scam you out of money!!! It’s sad. Not to mention that these spots on the roof were the size of a pea so with her telling me only if it’s over a quarter size, I wouldn’t have marked that anyways because she said not to. I WOULD NOT RENT HERE AT ALL AND JUST SAVE URSELF TIME, MONEY, AND THE HEADACHE!!!! If you do get a car from here, DO NOT LISTEN TO THEM WHEN THEY SAY ITS ALREADY NOTED IF ITS UNDER QUARTER SIZE. MARK DOWN EVERY SCRATCH AND DENT YOU SEE CAUSE THEY WILL TRY TO MAKE YOU PAY FOR THEIR PREVIOUS DAMAGE THAT WAS ALREADY ON THE CAR!!!!
