  The Enterprise staff were extremely helpful when I unexpectedly needed a rental vehicle. They went out of their way to accommodate the type of vehicle I needed and were kind at every turn! I would definitely recommend Enterprise for your rental needs whether it is expected or like mine, unexpected! You will get great service!

  My first experience renting a vehicle went smoothly and the car was nice. They seem helpful and nice so I have no complaints.

  If I could I would give zero Stars rented with them for a long time this last experience the Lincoln Nebraska North 27th location are thieves and the area manager for the epley airport Lincoln airport and all three Lincoln locations I was harassed daily for payment I didn't owe unauthorized charge to my card outside of the deposit on my trip with the cold car fully loaded Stockton Kansas City cuz the oil light kept coming on which I believe they triggered got there told that I could not continue my trip put out half my stuff left in the car luckily I was able to call somebody to pick me up get me to the airport to pay $130 to get back to Nebraska and then they charged me for the full time and I did not owe money and then they did not refund me all of my money gave me points and put me on a do not rent list no corporate has not contacted me the Lincoln area manager was getting smart talking slick I'm waiting on the Missouri air on US area supervisor to contact me which not has not happened been waiting a week been waiting for corporate to contact me about this Enterprise is a rip off and I'm so disappointed but now I'm out of all my money my belongings had to pay extra money to come back while I had a rental car I have screenshots where it was not due back until the 5th on the 5th they change it to the second and then on the 6th they change the receipt to the third saying I have several rental agreements for this trip and I have not signed but one

  I rate you at 5 stars because my rental was perfect for me. Clean car, etc. However, charging me for $44.65 for 8 gallons of gas with sales tax and state fees didn't stick well with me. I was expecting my $50.00 reimbursement back to my account. You charged me premium gas when regular gas cost between $3.40 to $3.54. I have never paid taxes on buying my gas. If I said 'I want $20.00 on pump 2' at a gast station, that is exactly what I will receive. No taxes or state fees apply. Also, your sign said $3.14 in read writing at the counter. If I'm wrong about the sign, you cand send me a picture what it exactly said.
