  They have a variety of vehicles and are upfront about availability. Some car classes could be unavailable, but they would figure something out. Ben and Alex are friendly and nice to work with, every time I rent a vehicle.

  Customer service in store is great but the fact that enterprise allows bookings without checking inventory at the locations prior is horrible. Had a family emergency and made a reservation online. It went through. Was sent a confirmation and all. Got there just to be told that they had no vehicles until tomorrow afternoon!! What type of BS is that. Excuse for

  Absolutely horrible! I booked my rental and received a confirmation email. Should be no isssue...when I was DROPPED OFF to pick up my rental I was told "oh sorry we don't have any cars" after I was lied to claiming they tried to call me. (They did NOT). No recommendation towards any kind of solution. Mind you I'm here across the country with my son and I'm left stranded here in their lobby! Absolutely Horrible experience!!!

  Had to cancel my family vacation when they couldn’t honor my reservation. They really didn’t care and offered a little suv in its place. Wanted a mini van because my wife and I have 4 kids.
