  Bought a camper here waited the full 30 days before going to the DMV to pay taxes and get my plates only to be told the dealership had not sent the paperwork in. I called camping world to find out what happened, had to leave a message. No one called back. Called a second time asked to speak with the General Manager, had to leave another message. Still no one called me back. Called a 3rd time the next day spoke with the same sales guy that sold me the camper he finally found the paperwork. Then I had to drive back to the dealership to get said paperwork. The GM made lame excuses about being short staffed didn't offer anything to make it right. Then had to go back to DMV with paperwork and wait in line again. Nothing like wasting 4 hours of my life because they couldn't be bothered to do their job in timely manner. Very unprofessional.

  La verdad muy mala experiencia con esta agencia, me corrieron el crédito 11 veces me cobraron un pago inicial para al final terminar diciéndome que no podían darme el camping! Eso tuvo que ser desde el inicio y si hubo problemas con las 2 primeras revisiones, no seguir consultando sin consentimiento, de muy mal gusto .

  Thank you. We were on route 80 and saw the big Camping World sign and hoped to get a service tech to assist. Found out all techs had left for the day, yet Kevin at the Service desk took the time to give us a temporary fix so we could make it to our destination where we can order the part and schedule for service. Believe his name was Kevin. Thanks Kevin! :)
