- JKJeanne KesslerMar 15, 20201.0Worst service ever, don't even count on this company. I reserved a Chrysler Pacifica for a family trip for 5 adults and 2 children months ahead of time. Budget called the day before and confirmed our reservation. The next day when we showed up, they said they only had a small SUV. THis Budget is a franchise, so we could not trade out car. Bait and switch, and we had no choice with other reservations. Warning, stay away!
