  I drive from Grand Island just to go to this store. Manager and crew are knowledgeable and honest, explained everything so a woman understands. Highly recommend. Been here multiple times, always treated right. They even stayed late to keep me safe and finish my brakes.

  This is my 3rd visit to this location. I have never had an issue. They let you kmow the issues and do not press for you to complete the repairs immediately. They found coupons and even took a little off the price of a filter. Will recommend to anyone that asks.

  They had already been closed for five minutes by the time I arrived at the end of the day. However, they were still willing to check my car. Since everything turned out to be fine, they didn’t charge me anything! Great service and very kind staff!

  I cannot recommend Sean and the entire team at Brakes Plus enough! I was in Lincoln for a few appointments when another auto shop discovered that my front strut towers were missing all of the bolts holding my front struts in place. They were completely out of position, and my car was basically being held together by gravity. I still have no idea how that even happened, but it was honestly terrifying. I started calling around, and everywhere else either quoted me significantly more or told me they wouldn’t be able to get my car back to me until the next day. That wasn’t an option since I now live in Elkhorn and had to work all day the following day. I’ve been to Brakes Plus before for oil changes, so I gave them a call. Sean got me in immediately, gave me a fair quote, and they even had a buy 3, get the 4th strut/shock free promotion that saved me money. On top of that, Sean took an additional $100 off to help with the expense, which I truly appreciated. The team got right to work and spent hours on my car. They even stayed late so I could have it back that same evening instead of being stranded overnight. They replaced all of my struts and shocks, completed an alignment, changed my oil, and made sure everything was safe before I left. It’s rare to find a shop that’s this honest, accommodating, and willing to go above and beyond for their customers. Thank you, Sean, and the entire Brakes Plus team, for taking such great care of me and getting me safely back on the road. I truly appreciate everything you did!
