  If I could leave zero stars I absolutely would. I came into this place for a simple wheel alignment after I had spent the afternoon changing my struts at home. I was expecting to be in and out in 30 minutes. These clowns kept me waiting for almost 2 hours, then when they finally came to find me they handed me some papers saying that they needed to do about $2000 worth of repairs on my suspension before they could do the alignment. They refused to do the alignment. So after making me wait for 2 hours, they hadn’t even done the job I asked for, they just looked for excuses to rip me off. It was already to late to go to another shop. I took my car into Discount tire the next day and they did my alignment for $89, which is actually cheaper that anywhere else. Don’t waste your time with the clowns and scammers at this shop.

  Sean and Carson did a great job. Not only did they help me out, but they seemed to be sincerely concerned about my safety. They told me all of the parts that my car needed and explained the reasons why I needed those parts on my vehicle. Not only did they tell me what work I needed done to my car, but they also did not pressure me to buy the parts from them. I went elsewhere to get the parts installed and when I returned they happily aligned my vehicle and got all of the angles of all of the tires in the green. I would recommend any of my friends or family to head on over to brakes Plus and see Sean and Carson!

  Jerome and Carson saved our vacation! My family was all packed up and ready to leave town on a camping trip. When we stopped to make sure our tires were filled before the upcoming drive, we noticed an issue with our valve stem that was causing air to leak out of one of our tires. After striking out seeking last minute help from another auto repair shop, we decided to try Brakes Plus. Jerome and Carson were incredibly kind, quick to offer help, made sure our tires were properly inflated for the trip, and offered advice for a long term fix for our tire issue. We are incredibly grateful for the warm generosity we received at Brakes Plus! If you are wanting quick service and kind staff, I highly recommend Brakes Plus!
