I called Brakes Plus here, and they took my car in same-day and ran right up to closing time getting it fixed so I could use it for the weekend. Ray was the kind employee who checked me out. The pricing was fair, especially for the immediacy of the fix.

Rather than guessing and just replacing parts they actually asked about the problem I was experiencing with my truck AND listened to the answer. They spent the time to do real troubleshooting - perhaps the most important part of mechanic work - accurately determined what the problem actually was. Then they called me with the information and price BEFORE starting the work. They did a great job making the necessary repairs and successfully resolved the issue. They verified the problem was resolved at the shop. Then, they even made a follow up call after I took the vehicle home to make sure everything worked as expected. These are top notch people and I would highly recommend them to complete your car care related needs.
