  I highly recommended this shop to everyone!!! I was referred to them by Discount Tire as they said they were a great shop with good people, they work with them, & they do discounts with them. I am so glad they recommended them! Lee & the staff were all amazing & so incredibly nice & caring! My daughter had an accident & the damage under the vehicle was next level horrible!!!! I was dreading getting it fixed, especiallysince the car is older & I had already dumped so much money into it. I can't believe how well they worked with me on time, cost, & they were so efficient & they comminicated with me the entire way through the processl! For the horrible situation I was in, it really was a great experience! I didn't feel like they were trying to over charge me or scam me. I actually felt like they cared & wanted to listen to me and help me. I will be using them from here on out & spreading the word as I am forever grateful to them! Thank you so much again Lee & the staff at Brakes Plus!

  I had a great experience at Brakes Plus. The staff was kind, helpful, and took the time to listen to my concerns without making me feel rushed. They were easy to talk to and explained things in a way that was easy to understand. The work was completed in a reasonable amount of time, and overall the process was smooth from start to finish. I really appreciated their professionalism and customer service. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for honest and helpful automotive service.

  Customer service is great. Time management needs some work. If you drop your car off don’t expect it to be finished before 5pm. If you sit and wait in the lobby it doesn’t make very much of a difference . I had an 8am appointment. My car sat for 3 hours in the same spot I parked it in. Finally I just decided to leave. It’s unfortunate because the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I won’t be going back for that reason. Wonderful staff tho and the work is good.
