I usually had my maintenance completed by the dealer, but when a more significant issue came up, I thought I would look around for alternatives. Communication was excellent, work was completed on time and so far, seems to have been done very well. I would highly recommend checking these guys out and leave the dealership to rob other people!

Mechanic took time to explain issues found. Was only given one sheet of diagnostic results. Only briefly explained. Thought I should have received a full written report of findings - a check list of everything that was checked out. Had a follow up text and phone call from Superior with additional explanation of inspection with photos that completed the work. Very thorough.

They are most professional, courteous, and efficient. It was reassuring that Superior performed a thorough inspection and gave the vehicle a good bill of health with a few suggestions for work that could be done at my convenience. There was not a bit of pressure to upsell. I look forward to having continued maintenance on the x5 and on our 3-series BMW.
