  If you need roadside assistance from Uhaul and you are in the Odessa, NEarea - ask for Wade! Wade was fantastic. He called right away after receiving my roadside assistance request and gave me an accurate ETA, which helped ease the stress of being stuck during a long move. When he arrived, he first asked how I was doing, listened to the issue, and immediately got to work troubleshooting. He quickly diagnosed the problem, found the issue, and had me back on the road in no time. I also asked him to check one of my tire straps that had come loose twice during my trip. He took the time to inspect it, explain what was happening, and show me the correct way to secure it so I could avoid the problem going forward. What really stood out was his attitude. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and somehow managed to make roadside assistance feel less like an emergency and more like getting help from a very competent friend who happened to know everything about trailers. Wade turned a stressful situation into a positive experience, and I left feeling much more confident about the rest of my trip. I hope I don't need roadside assistance again anytime soon, but if I do, I hope they send Wade. 🚚⭐
