  My car was damaged by Rocket car wash. Rocket car wash caused three cars to bang together. They refused to take responsibility and pay for the damages. Rocket car wash must be doing poorly, can’t afford to pay for Rocket car wash’s own damage . All the equipment is broken. Vacuum hose falls apart, air for the tires does not work and most of all Rocket’s car wash! Respect your self and go a car wash that does too!

  Not newcomer friendly horribly instructed lights basically drove away thinking I was done with the wash only to realize I was suppose to stay for the tire cleaning it gave you no signal when to stop and where to stop I drove away only because I was worried the car behind me was going to hit me

  1 Star (and that feels generous) Rocket Car Wash was an absolute disaster from start to finish. I don’t know what “rocket” they’re talking about, because the only thing that took off was my patience. The wash barely cleaned anything — my car came out looking like it had just survived a dust storm instead of going through a wash. Dirt still on the doors, streaks on the windows, and somehow the back bumper looked worse than when I arrived. The staff acted like they were being forced to be there. Zero energy, zero care, and zero interest in helping. I asked about the missed spots and got nothing but attitude and a shrug. If this is their idea of customer service, they must think customers enjoy being ignored. To top it off, the vacuums had the suction power of a tired birthday balloon. Completely useless. I could’ve cleaned my car better with a napkin and a bottle of water. I left feeling frustrated, ripped off, and honestly amazed that a place can charge money for results this bad. Rocket Car Wash? More like Pocket Car Wash, because all they do is take your money and give you nothing in return. Would not recommend to anyone. Ever.

  The system indicates that they open at 7am, but that's not the case.

  I purchased about $50 of wash vouchers to support Gretna Dance Team. The constant pressure to "get a membership" is unreal though. It seems like the whole society is running on memberships anymore... C'mon now, it's just a car wash. If I ever return, it will only be to support local activities such as the one mentioned. ✌️
