  We have tried several different car washes and found that Rocket on 192nd & 370 is by far our favorite. Always clean and well stocked with cleaning products. Tom and staff is great to work with and very professional.

  My bar code tag flew out of my husbands truck during a windstorm. I explained it to the manager and he was so incredibly understanding, respectful and polite. He told me to go on through the car wash and then he’d have a new tag waiting for me when I came out. And that’s exactly what happened!! Thank you so much for understanding and your absolute professionalism!!

  This location is super convenient for me living near 168 and Giles. Always really fast to get in and out and we love the vacuums.

  None of the phone numbers on their website are legit. All go straight to “voicemail” and say the mailbox is full. Real convenient way to get people to not be able to cancel

  I live 3 minutes from Rocket Carwash and go out of my way to get my cars washed anywhere else. This place is the worst. First, it’s overpriced compared to similar car washes in and around Omaha. Second, every single time I’ve been there they use predatory tactics to try to sell you a membership. Then, if you choose the Basic wash, they shame you for not upgrading. Finally, if you take them up on their free trial for the membership, it’s literally impossible to cancel unless you drive to the location. The website has no option, the phone number never picks up, it’s all designed to frustrate you and make you stay a subscriber. Terrible business model, terrible customer service, overpriced, poorly run, literally cannot think of worse things to say about the way this place is managed and run.
