The first time I got a answer from supposedly the owner that gave me a direct lincoln ne number to call and get it settled real fast. If he was the owner he better check into his company ALOT deeper. The first time I spent over 4 hrs being put on hold and being told that they was going to transfer me to someone that could help me more. WELL HELLO, this time I was only put on hold 1 hour and 15 minutes and got to talk to a person that could NOT SPEAK hardly any English. I really don't see how you stay in business. Being put on hold like that is uncalled for. If you have that many people calling you , you should hire more people. I hope to God I NEVER have to deal with your company again. .
