The next day, I worked with a service advisor named James and he ensured that the car was well taken care of as well as provided helpful insight into future potential repairs! It made getting an oil change a breeze and will definitely be bringing my other vehicles here from now on!

I called this shop at 4:30 in the afternoon and James worked me in at 8am the next morning. He said it may take awhile to diagnose since he was already booked up. I arrive at 8 and by 9 they had my truck diagnosed. Unfortunately it was transmission issues and they didn't do that but he helped with where I should take it and how to get it towed. Then he didn't charge me anything. James and this shop went out of their way to get me in a helped the whole way. You just don't find this kind of service today. Thanks to the family owned business and to James. I highly recommend this shop.
