- DBDick BurgmanJun 2, 20265.0My wife and I just arrived in Ashland yesterday and our truck decided to not work correctly. I called this shop at 4:30 in the afternoon and James worked me in at 8am the next morning. He said it may take awhile to diagnose since he was already booked up. I arrive at 8 and by 9 they had my truck diagnosed. Unfortunately it was transmission issues and they didn't do that but he helped with where I should take it and how to get it towed. Then he didn't charge me anything. James and this shop went out of their way to get me in a helped the whole way. You just don't find this kind of service today. Thanks to the family owned business and to James. I highly recommend this shop.
