I planned a trip to Valvoline in Grand Island, NE as part of my recent cross-country trip. I am so glad I did! Cruz took amazing care of my truck and explained everything thoroughly throughout the short time I was there. He and his coworkers made fast work of the oil change I requested. They attempted a tire rotation on my truck as well (per my request, of course), but the lug nuts were giving them trouble (a common problem with my F-150). The folks here were so gracious to try it for me, anyway, and Cruz was exceptionally kind in explaining the situation and pointing me in the right direction for getting that service done elsewhere. If I’m in the area again in the future, I will definitely be stopping by this Valvoline. Here you will receive excellent, dependable, and friendly service. I highly recommend it and appreciate all those who worked on my truck today!

I was in and out very quickly. I didn't even have to get out of my car. Brian was very thorough in explaining everything they were doing. He informed me of several different services that I could have chosen to have done on my car at that time to improve the function of my vehicle. He was pleasant when I declined those services at this time. Brian and Jen are a great team and did a great job.

Very good service. The manager was very kind and explained everything thoroughly. The glove box was difficult to put back in, and we discovered mouse droppings, but she didn't complain and was kind throughout. The other staff were quick and polite as well. If we ever need an oil change while in Grand Island we will definitively come back. Thank you!
