  I was very impressed with the speed, accuracy, and professionalism of the employees. They were all very knowledgeable and not pressing when showing me options. I will come back again. It was so easy and quick. I also like that I was sent an email of my receipt although I was given one at the store too.

  I went in for an oil change initially but the staff found out my cabin air filter needed replacement. I had recently asked another service shop to change the cabin air filter for me and I was shocked when the Valvoline staff took out a very old and dirty cabin air filter that had clearly not been changed by the previous service shop. Valvoline made sure I got a new cabin air filter. They also noticed the same previous service shop had really damaged the oil plug in my car and the Vavoline staff made sure to get a new oil plug. They also noticed my battery needed replacement soon, something which I did know but didn't tell them about. It was nice to see them catch the old battery. Over all, great service and I was left shocked to see how badly the previous service shop had treated my car. It is good to see Valvoline is taking good care of it. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff, I'd give 10 stars if I could. Although a bit expensive, I feel the price is justified for such great service. Definetly recommend this place.

  Very friendly and helpful. Explained all they did complete and other possible services. Able to remain in car and did learn much from this experience.
