the customer service was excellent and the coupons were really great value, I was not expecting very much coming here other than a cheap and simple oil change but the employees were so friendly and knowledgeable, just impressive customer service overall!!!! Thank you so much :-)!!!

The service here is truly unbeatable! I have been going there for just about everything now and always feel treated so well! So far everyone there has been extremely friendly! There have been several times i have gone there for something i thought i would have to pay for but ended up being free!

Huge shout out to Brian, Larkyn, Diego, and Todd for today’s quick check up! There are several others i see often who also deserve a shout out but i don’t remember their names!
I am moving back to Lincoln here soon and am genuinely considering driving all the way out here just for my oil changes! Just an all around great team there!

Todd is the worker who assisted me for most of my oil change. He’s super personable, caring, not pushy, honest and great to interact with. The whole staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond. Also the new shop in Grand Island, NE is super clean!

Overall service was great. The details are where the dissatisfaction comes from. I drive up in a company vehicle and ask for an oil change, and that’s all I expected. I was never told I was getting anything other than an oil change. I look up from my iPad after a while and realize they’re doing a full service.
1) I wanted a fast oil change, and this put me behind on my appointments
2) I’m not sure if there was a miscommunication, but I generally assume I was “upgraded” on purpose to boost profitability of the service. Seems like people are always trying milk Wheels Fleet vehicles.
I thought about cutting the service short, but I figured it was quicker just to let it play out. All the techs were great: friendly, professional, and efficient. Ultimately, my dissatisfaction stems from the initial processing that led me to getting a service I didn’t want or ask for.

This place is intimidating at first, but then once you're (immediately) guided in, this team really knows how to keep it friendly, informative, and relatable.
They have a good thing going here at Valvoline, especially considering the place across the street canceled my appointment, AFTER dropping my car off.
Can't wait to come back and say Hi!
