  My second time there was today and I just love their service and attitudes. Friendliest staff you’ll find and they are HONEST! I appreciate the honesty so much when so many other places outright lie about things. Brian, Jenna, & Cruz are outstanding folks and we will continue doing business there because of these 3! Kudos on a job well done you guys!

  We were driving across country for a family reunion. We needed a oil change. Jenna and her team were fast, friendly, and got us back on the road quickly. We had a great experience at this valvoline location.

  Everyone at the new Grand Island NE location were so kind. Brian was the tech who assisted me when I pulled in, he was very informative and quick to help me.

  I called and was told $95 for a full synthetic oil change for my 2020 Chrysler Pacifica. They sent me a $10 of coupon. A few days later I show up. They said it was $95 for half synthetic and $107 for full. I said ok plus I get $10 of with coupon. Later when I got home and was looking the bill over they charged me a $6.99 for a premium oil filter. I never said I wanted premium and there tons of Pacificas out there. I needed air in my one tire because was a little low and the light came on to let me know before I went there. When I got home and restarted my vehicle the warning light was still on and 3 tires were good the one was still low. They put 3 psi more in but needed 2 more psi. They also didn't know how to reset my oil light so that it was 100%. I was due because of the one year but had 15% left on life. I found how to reset it my self on line. They told me to wait till it comes on then come back for free to have reset. I would have then been off on my milage with the change oil light. They also wanted to sell me everything under the sun. I just wanted a oil change. Give me a flyer with what you offer not ask me if I want this or that ect. They asked me if I wanted to change my belt. I just had that done. Look at the condition and see if I need it not just try to up sell me!!! Also they said I needed a cabin filter and it was $59.99. I can buy one for $23.99 at a local store. That is a heck of a mark up. I think I will go back to doing the oil changes myself. I could have done it my self plus replaced my cabin filter and my rear wiper and still saved $45. They also wanted to replace my airfilter and said was good for only one more time. It was very clean. They also didn't blow it out with air.
