Hayden B. noticed I was having trouble with a car cleaning kit machine and came to help me. He asked me to check my bank acct to see if it had charged me. It had so he went and grabbed me a kit. Great kid doing a great job!

i've tried Tommy's three times but i have been disappointed every time. very expensive, always busy, and they pack cars in tight to account for the high traffic. all three visits my car was not satisfactorily cleaned, which is really the only reason to go to a car wash (unless you go for fun, but this car wash is very brief and i have gone through much longer washes with fun lights and colorful soap, etc. like Pump + Pantry's wash). this most recent visit i came after a long drive on expressway and had tons of dead bugs + splatter on my front bumper, mirrors, etc. and my windshield was very dirty. i would expect for the high price that all (or at least the vast majority) this muck would be cleaned off by a car wash, but i still had tons of bug splatter all over the front of my car and the windshield looked like it wasn't cleaned at all. maybe the brushes are just caked in too much dirt because you can see the swirl marks from the brushes, it just kind of moved all the muck around instead of wiping it or spraying it off. it's way too expensive to be doing this poorly of a job, if it were cheaper i wouldn't feel as ripped off ! it also smelled very unpleasant when i first entered, maybe from gunk sitting in the conveyor belt that moves the cars. the tire brushes at the end also do not really go deep enough to target dirt inside of the wheel. the outside of the rim looks nice, but it does not in-between the spokes. i also paid to get the undercarriage wash, but i question how effective it is; at least with other car washes you can hear the water spraying through the undercarriage , but here i don't ever hear anything from below. i can't say i've noticed a major difference in the cleanliness of my undercarriage after coming here (or even parts attached close to it like tow hook). overall i say go elsewhere , whether you are looking for an actual car wash or even just looking to have fun

If I could give negative stars, I would. Car wasn't clean and my number is now damaged. I am assuming some collision happened in the wash itself due to how horrible they pack them in. I think they forget there are humans in those cars. I am just buying a car and though it's nothing major to others, it's major to me. This upset me like no other. This was my first and LAST experience with this place. They take the meaning of "The Works" to a whole different level. 😭
