  Our travel trailer lost a wheel near Grand Island on our way home to Ohio. Richard Schmidt with Miller Tire did far more than necessary to get us on our way the next day and make sure we didn't have trouble with other wheels. He was far more than cordial. He made sure the trailer was plugged in so we didn't food in refrigerator. Highly recommend.

  This would have been a 5 star review, but there were some issues. First of all, you should not have charged a diagnostic fee without letting the customer know ahead of time. You also are charging astronomical amounts for parts and labor. Last, I was promised a discount that did not take place. We realize this is a business and you need to make a profit, but please be reasonable with what you charge customers for parts. As an update, upon calling and speaking with Dan it seemed to resolve some concerns.

  The place has dropped everything to help me out more than once, even staying open long after scheduled hours to make sure I was taken care of. This crew is respectful, timely, and down to earth with their approach and their explanations. 10/10

  Friendly staff, great service, & reasonable prices! I have been and will remain a repeat customer, I have had my fleet vehicle serviced here over the years and go to them for all my tire needs.
